英语教研组个人年度工作总结范文EnglishTeachingandResearchGroup’sAnnualWorkSummaryAsteachersofEnglishtheEnglishTeachingandResearchGroupofourschoolhasbeenplayingacriticalroleinpromotingEnglishlanguagelearningandteachingforthepastyear.Afterayearofhardworkitistimeforustosummarizeourachievementsandrevisitourchallenges.Firstofallwehaveachievedremarkableprogressinteaching.Basedontheprincipleofthelearner-centeredapproachwehavedesignedvariousteachingstrategiesthatcatertodifferentstudents’demandsandintereststostimulatetheirmotivationandenthusiasmforlearning.Amongthesestrategiesmultimediateachingscenario-basedlearningandlexicalapproacharemostfrequentlyusedandprovedtobeeffectiveinimprovingthestudentsmacroskillsinreadingwritinglisteningandspeaking.Moreoverwehaveenhancedthedigitalliteracyofourstudentsbymakingfulluseofvarioustechnologicalresourcessuchaseducationalwebsitesonlinevideosandinteractiveactivities.ThankstooureffortsthemajorityofourstudentshavesignificantlyimprovedtheirEnglishproficiencyandobtainedhigherscoresinbothinternalandexternalassessments.Intermsofresearchwehavemadegreatachievementsaswell.Wehaveorganizedseveralteachingandresearchactivitiessuchaslessonobservationandcaseanalysistoimproveourteachingmethodsandenhanceourprofessionalabilities.FurthermorewehaveactivelyparticipatedinvariousacademicconferencesandworkshopstoexchangeourteachingexperiencesandkeepabreastofthelatestresearchachievementsinthefieldofEnglisheducation.RegardingourcooperationtheEnglishTeachingandResearchGrouphasmaintainedclosecommunicationandcollaborationwithvariousdepartmentsintheschool.Wehavecooperatedcloselywiththelibraryandthemultimediacentertoprovidestudentswithahigh-qualitylearningenvironment.Wehavealsoworkedcloselywiththestudents’unionandtheEnglishclubtoorganizevariousextracurricularactivitiessuchasspeechcontestsEnglishcornersandreadingsalonstoenrichourstudentslearningexperiences.Howeverwestillfacesomechallenges.ForexamplesomestudentstendtobelessinterestedandmotivatedinlearningEnglishduetothelackofvividandauthenticlanguageinputintheirdailylives.Besidessomestudentsarestilldeficientinwritingandspeakingskills.HenceweneedtoprovidemoreopportunitiesforthemtopracticeandcommunicateinEnglishsuchasorganizingEnglishcampsencouragingthemtoparticipateinvariousspeakingcompetitionsandcreatingamorerealisticlanguageenvironmentforthem.InconclusionthepastyearhasbeenfruitfulfortheEnglishTeachingandResearchGroup.Wehavemadegreatprogressinteachingresearchandcooperationbuttherearestillmanychallengesthatweneedtoovercome.BeingateacherofEnglishisnevereasybutourpassionandperseverancewillalwaysleadustonewheights.WehopethatinthecomingyearwewillcontinuetoworktogetherandstriveforexcellenceinEnglisheducation.第PAGE页共NUMPAGES页。
