工程部员工培训需求及反馈意见汇总IntroductionInanyorganizationtheimportanceoftraininganddevelopmentforemployeescannotbeoverstated.ThisisparticularlytrueforEngineeringDepartmentswhosestaffmembersneedtobecontinuouslyequippedwithnewknowledgeandskillstokeepupwithtechnologicaladvancementsintheindustry.InthisreportwepresenttheresultsofthetrainingneedsassessmentcarriedoutontheEngineeringDepartmentandthefeedbackobtainedfromtheemployeesregardingtheirtrainingexperienceandexpectations.TrainingNeedsAssessmentThetrainingneedsassessmentwasconductedthroughasurveyadministeredtoallEngineeringDepartmentstaffmembers.Thesurveywasdesignedtoidentifyknowledgeandskillgapsinvestigatepreferredtrainingmethodsanddeterminethemostpressingtrainingneedsoftheemployees.Atotalof150responseswerereceivedandtheresultsofthesurveyshowedthatthemostimportanttrainingneedsfortheEngineeringDepartmentin2023areasfollows:
1.TechnicalSkillsEnhancement-45%oftherespondentsidentifiedthisastheirmostpressingneed.Thespecifictechnicalskillsmentionedincludesoftwaredevelopmentcodinganddesign.
2.ChangeManagement-20%oftherespondentsidentifiedthisastheirmostpressingneed.EmployeesintheEngineeringDepartmentoftenhavetoadapttonewtechnologiessystemsandprocessesandhenceneedtobetrainedtomanagechangeseffectively.
3.LeadershipDevelopment-15%oftherespondentsidentifiedthisastheirmostpressingneed.TheemployeesintheEngineeringDepartmentoftentakeonteamleaderrolesandhencerequiretrainingonleadershipskills.
4.ProjectManagement-10%oftherespondentsidentifiedthisastheirmostpressingneed.ProjectmanagementskillsareessentialforemployeesintheEngineeringDepartmentandhencerequiretrainingtoimprovetheseskills.
5.CommunicationandNetworking-10%oftherespondentsidentifiedthisastheirmostpressingneed.EffectivecommunicationandnetworkingskillsareessentialfortheEngineeringDepartmentstaffmemberstoworkeffectivelywithcolleaguesandclients.EmployeeFeedbackonTrainingAfterthetrainingsessionswerecompletedemployeeswererequestedtoprovidefeedbackregardingtheirtrainingexperience.Thefollowingarethemainfeedbackpoints:

4.TrainingLogistics-Employeesnotedthatthetraininglogisticswerewellthoughtoutwithenoughnoticeprovidedforattendanceandadequateprovisionoftrainingmaterials.
5.TrainingImprovement-Employeesprovidedvarioussuggestionsforimprovingthetrainingprogramincludingtheprovisionofmorepracticesimulationsandinteractivesessionsduringtraining.ConclusionThetrainingneedsassessmentandfeedbackfromemployeesprovidedvaluableinsightsfordesigningandimplementinganeffectivetrainingprogramfortheEngineeringDepartment.Theresultsoftheassessmentshowedthatemployeesvaluetechnicalskillsenhancementchangemanagementleadershipdevelopmentprojectmanagementandcommunicationandnetworkingtraining.Employeesalsoprovidedfeedbackonthetrainingeffectivenesscontentformatlogisticsandimprovement.WiththerighttrainingprogramandimplementationweareconfidentthattheEngineeringDepartmentwillbewellequippedtomeetthedemandsoftheindustryandremaincompetitiveintheyearstocome.第PAGE页共NUMPAGES页。
