5.IncasethatsuchpaymentisdelayedforSixty60daysuponreceivingtheNoticeofPaymentthenapenaltyof

0.1%ofthedueamountofpaymentonadailybasisshallbepaidbyPartyA.Incasethatsuchpaymentisdelayedforaperiodover30daysPartyBshallhavetherighttosuspendtheirdesignworkforthenextphaseandshallinformPartyAinwriting.IncasethatthemanagementofPartyAdoesnotapprovethedesigndocumentsortheconstructionoftheprojectofthisContractisstoppedor.postponedPartyAshallneverthelesspaytheduedesignfee.甲方要求乙方比合同规定时间提早提交设计文件时，甲方应支付赶工费IfPartyArequestsPartyBtosubmitthedesigndocumentsaheadofthestipulatedtimeasmentionedintheContractPartyAshallmakeadditionalpayment工♦桀能勾目zhulong.com1资料下我就在筑龙网forfastandimmediateservice.一方派往现场的工作人员提供工作方便条件PartyAshallprovidesiteofficeandallrelevantofficestationaryfbrPartyBspersonnelwhoarebeingsenttoworksiteduringtheconstructionstage.方应保护乙方的设计版权，未经乙方同意，甲方对乙方交付的设计文件不得复制或者向第三方转让或者用于本合同外的项目，如发生以上情况，乙方有权索赔PartyAshallprotectthedesigncopyrightofPartyB.WithoutPartyBsconsentPartyAshallnotduplicateoftransfertoathirdpartyorusethedesigndocumentsforotherprojects.Iftheabove-mentionedishappenedPartyBshallhavetherighttoclaim.乙方责任

6.2ResponsibilitiesofPartyB:乙方按本合同第四条规定的内容、时间及份数向甲方交付设计文件PartyBshallsubmittoPartyAtherequireddesigndocumentsinrightcontenttimeandcopiesaccordingtotheclauseofArticle

4.乙方对设计文件出现的遗漏或者错误应在施工前负责修改或者补充由于乙方设计错误造成工程质量事故缺失，乙方除负责采取补救措施外，应免收缺失部分的设计费，并根据缺失程度向甲方偿付赔偿金，赔偿金额根据乙方与保险公司签订的设计责任保险合同计算PartyBshallberesponsibleforcorrectinganyomissionormistakeintheirdesigndocumentsbeforetheconstruction.IfihedesignmistakemadebyPartyBhascausedlossestoPartyAPartyBshallnotonlyberesponsiblefortakingtheremedialmeasuresbutalsoshallremitthedesignfeeforthepartofsuchlossesandshallpaycompensationtoPartyAaccordingtothedegreeofsuchloss.TheamountofthecompensationshallbedeterminedbypartyBandhisinsurancecompanyandtobeinaccordancetotheprofessionalindemnityinsurancecoverage.由于乙方自身原因，延误了按本合同第四条规定的设计文件交付时间，每1资料下我就在筑龙网延误一天，应减收该项目应收设计费的千分之一IfitisPartyBsownfaulttohavedelayedthesubmissionofthedesigndocumentsaccordingtothestipulatedtimeasdescribedinArticle4PartyBshalldeduct
