6.安全要求和措施Safetyrequirementsandmeasures所有参加施工人员必须经三级安全教育及施工技术交底签字后,方可施工没参加交底和签字人员不准参加施工参加施工人员进入施工现场,必须执行现场的各项规定戴好安全帽,高空作业必须扎好安全带,并将安全带挂在上方牢固处,严禁酒后作业,六级以上大风停止高处作业动用电火焊必须持证工作,并备有灭火器材,杜绝火灾发生夜间施工必须设有足够照明,照明电源电压必须在36V以下施工所用电源及线路要有专人负责检查,并要有必要的保护措施,电动工具必须有漏电保护器,决不允许有漏电现象发生,其它施工人员要注意线路及电源必要时可将电源线路空中架起施工材料应堆放整齐,做到工完场清,坚持文明施工参加高空作业的施工人员必须经医院体检合格,方可作业特殊工种人员必须持证上岗,安全防护设施齐全施工时班组要有工具兜,工器具要系有安全绳,施工材料堆放牢固,严禁高处落物使用电动工具前外壳、开关、电源线是否完好,无误后方可使用,并戴好防护用品链条葫芦的起重链不得打扭,并且不得拆成单股使用链条葫芦不得超负荷使用,拉链人工作时不得站在链条葫芦下方氧气瓶、乙燃瓶使用时之间距离不得小于5m距离明火不得小于10m乙焕表必须安装回火器方可使用施工现场电焊机应根据施工需要集中装设,电焊机及其外接点均应有相应的标牌及编号,
