4.UsetechnologytoimproveefficiencyWiththedevelopmentoftechnologywecanusevarioussoftwareandtoolstoimprovetheefficiencyofouryear-endwork.ForexamplewecanuseExceltoprocessdataandgeneratereportsoruseWeChatandemailtocommunicatewithotherdepartmentsandexternalinstitutions.Wecanalsouseonlineplatformstosubmitreportsandformsandreducetheworkloadofmanualprocessing.
