2.EffectiveBudgetManagementOneofmycoreresponsibilitiesismanagingthecompanysbudget.In2023Iimplementedaneffectivebudgetmanagementsystemthatenabledbettertrackingandcontrolofexpenses.Asaresultthecompanywasabletoreducecostsincreaseefficiencyandallocateresourcesmoreeffectively.
