我的初中七年级上学期英语教学成果总结Asaseventh-graderinthefirstsemesterofjuniorhighschoolIlearnedalotinmyEnglishclass.LookingbackonmyachievementsIcansaythatIhavemadegreatprogressintermsofmyEnglishlanguageskills.InthisessayIwillsharemyreflectionsonmyEnglishclassandwhatIhavelearnedduringthissemester.AtthebeginningofthesemesterwelearnedthebasicgrammarrulesofEnglish.Ourteachertaughtushowtousethepresenttensepasttenseandfuturetenseindifferentsituations.Wealsolearnedhowtousedifferenttypesofadjectivesandadverbstoexpressourthoughts.Inadditionwelearnedhowtouseprepositionsandconjunctionstoconnectourideasandmakeourwritingmorecohesiveandcoherent.AlthoughthesemayseembasicmasteringthemisvitalinunderstandingmorecomplexsentencestructuresandcommunicatingeffectivelyinEnglish.Oneofthehighlightsofthissemesterwasreadingandanalyzingdifferenttypesoftexts.Ourteacherassignedusvariousshortstoriesessaysandarticlestoreadwhichrangedfromchallengingtosomewhateasy.ThroughreadingthesetextsIhaveimprovedmyEnglishvocabularycomprehensionskillsandwritingskillsaswellasgainedadeeperunderstandingofwesternvaluesandculture.AnothersignificantpieceofworkIwasabletododuringthissemesterwasgroupprojects.WeworkedtogethertocreatepresentationsondifferenttypesoftopicsrelatedtoEnglishsuchasfamouswritersandtheirworksanddifferentEnglish-speakingcountriesculturesandcustoms.Asaresultourgroupnotonlylearnedaboutthetopicsmoredeeplybutwealsoimprovedourpresentationskillsandlearnedhowtoworktogetherasateam.Throughoutthesemesterourteacheralsoincorporatedlisteningandspeakingexercisesintoourclasses.TheseexerciseshelpedusunderstanddifferentaccentsandpronunciationsinEnglishwhichiscrucialinbuildingstrongcommunicationskills.Additionallyweimprovedourabilitytospeakfluentlyandconfidentlybylearningcommonphrasesexpressionsandidioms.FinallyIfeelthatthissemesterhastaughtmemorethanjustEnglishskillsbutalsoessentiallifeskills.Ihavelearnedtheimportanceofactivelisteningtimemanagementandworkingwithotherstoachievesuccess.AlloftheseskillshavehelpedmeinallareasofmylifenotjustinEnglishclass.InconclusionmyfirstsemesterofjuniorhighschoolEnglishhasbeenafruitfulandrewardingexperience.ThroughgrammarlessonsreadingandwritingexercisesgroupprojectsandspeakingexercisesIhavemadegreatprogressinmyEnglishlanguageskills.Iamexcitedtocontinuelearningandimprovinginthenextsemester.第PAGE页共NUMPAGES页。
