中国梦实现中华民族伟大复兴的崭新历程——中国梦英语演讲稿LadiesandgentlemendistinguishedguestsandfellowcitizensitisanhonorformetostandheretodayinfrontofyoutotalkaboutthegrandvisionthathasbeencaptivatingtheheartsandmindsoftheChinesepeople-theChinaDream.TheChinaDreamisnotmerelyasloganoracatchyphrasecoinedbysomepolitician.Itisacallforaneweraofrejuvenationandrevitalizationforourgreatcountry.ItisadreamthatwehavebeenpatientlywaitingtofulfillforcenturieswhichhasbeenshapedbytheaspirationsofgenerationsofChinesepeople.TheChinaDreamhasbeeninterpretedindifferentwaysbydifferentpeoplebutatitscoreitisavisionofastrongandprosperousChinathatcanstandshouldertoshoulderwithothergreatnationsintheworld.ItisaboutChinastransformationfromapoorandbackwardnationtoamodernprosperousandpeacefulcountry.TheChinaDreamisalsoabouttherejuvenationandrevitalizationoftheChinesenationwhichhasbeensufferingfromnumeroushumiliationsandsetbacksoverthepasttwocenturies.ItisaboutreclaimingourdignityandprideasagreatcivilizationandaboutrestoringChinatoitsrightfulplaceintheworld.TherealizationoftheChinaDreamrequiresnotjusteconomicdevelopmentbutalsosocialprogressculturalrenewalandpoliticalreform.ItrequiresthecommitmentanddedicationofallChinesepeopleregardlessofthedifferencesintheirbackgroundsbeliefsorideologies.Itrequiresthecollectiveeffortsofthegovernmenttheprivatesectorandthecivilsociety.ToachievetheChinaDreamChinahasembarkedonanambitiousreformandopeningupprogramwhichhasbroughtunprecedentedchangesandtransformationstoeveryaspectofoursociety.OverthepastfewdecadesChinahasbecometheworldssecond-largesteconomyliftedmorethan700millionpeopleoutofpovertybuiltanetworkofworld-classhigh-speedrailwaysairportsandportsandestablisheditselfasaleaderinmanyfieldsofscienceandtechnology.HowevertherealizationoftheChinaDreamisfarfromcompleteandmanychallengeslieahead.Chinastillfacesmanyobstaclessuchasslowingeconomicgrowthenvironmentaldegradationsocialinequalitycorruptionandanagingpopulation.Thesechallengescallforboldandinnovativesolutionsandrequirecontinuouseffortsfromallsectorsofoursociety.TorealizetheChinaDreamChinaiscommittedtopursuingapathofpeacefuldevelopmentwhichemphasizesmutualrespectcooperationandwin-winoutcomes.Chinaseekstobuildacommunitywithasharedfutureformankindwhereallcountriescanworktogethertoaddresscommonchallengessuchasclimatechangeterrorismandpoverty.ChinaalsoseekstopromotetheBeltandRoadInitiativewhichaimstoconnectAsiaEuropeandAfricathroughanetworkofinfrastructuretradeandpeople-to-peopleexchanges.TherealizationoftheChinaDreamisnotjustamatterofnationalprideorself-interest.Itisalsoacontributiontothepeaceandprosperityoftheworld.ChinassuccessinachievingtheChinaDreamcanserveasaninspirationandamodelforotherdevelopingcountriesthatseekapathofdevelopmentthatisnotattheexpenseofothersbutincooperationwiththem.InconclusiontheChinaDreamisagrandvisionthatrepresentstheaspirationsoftheChinesepeopleforabetterfutureaswellasacontributiontothecommonprosperityoftheworld.TheChinaDreamisnotjustadreambutalsoajourneyaprocessandachallenge.ItrequirestheparticipationandcontributionofeveryChinesecitizenaswellasthesupportandunderstandingofallourfriendsaroundtheworld.Letusworktogethertorealizethisgrandvisionandbuildabetterworldforall.Thankyou.第PAGE页共NUMPAGES页。
