从英文课前三分钟演讲稿说起——我的学习经验Goodmorning/afternooneveryoneTodayIwanttosharewithyoumylearningexperiences.TheinspirationforthistopiccamefromthethreeminutesbeforemyEnglishclassstarts.DuringthattimeIusuallytrytoreadabookorhaveaquickchatwithmyclassmates.ItisatimethatIhavecometoappreciatebecauseitprovidesmewithafewminutesofquietreflectionbeforetheclassstarts.Itisalsoatimethatremindsmeoftheimportanceoftimemanagement.SoIwanttotellyouaboutmyexperienceswithtimemanagementspecificallyhowithashelpedmeinmystudies.TimemanagementisoneofthemostimportantlessonsthatIhavelearnedasastudent.Theabilitytomanagemytimeeffectivelyiscriticalinachievingacademicsuccess.Inmyexperiencethekeytogoodtimemanagementissettinggoals.Ihavefoundthatsettinggoalshelpsmestaymotivatedandfocused.Italsogivesmeasenseofpurposeanddirection.TosetmygoalsIusetheSMARTframeworkwhichstandsforSpecificMeasurableAchievableRelevantandTime-bound.ThisframeworkhelpsmetosetrealisticandachievablegoalswhichIcanthenbreakdownintomanageabletasks.AnotherimportantlessonthatIhavelearnedistheimportanceofgoodstudyhabits.InmyearlyyearsofstudyingIusedtocramalltheinformationthenightbeforetheexam.HoweverIquicklyrealizedthatthiswasnotaneffectivewaytolearn.SoIstartedtodevelopgoodstudyhabitssuchastakingnotesreviewingmynotesregularlyandactivelyparticipatinginclassdiscussions.ThesehabitshavehelpedmetobetterretainthematerialthatIamlearningandhaveimprovedmyoverallunderstandingofthesubjectmatter.AdditionallyIhavefoundthatitmakesstudyinglessstressfulandmoreenjoyable.LastlyIhavelearnedtheimportanceofseekinghelpwhenIneedit.TherehavebeentimeswhenIhavestruggledwithaparticularsubjectortopicandIdidnotwanttoaskforhelpbecauseIwasafraidoflookingfoolish.HoweverIhavelearnedthatthisisnottherightapproach.Seekinghelpfrommypeersteachersortutorshasalwaysbeenbeneficialandithashelpedmetogainadeeperunderstandingofthematerial.Ithasalsoallowedmetodevelopstrongerrelationshipswithmyclassmatesandteachers.Inconclusionmyexperiencewithtimemanagementgoodstudyhabitsandseekinghelphasbeenfundamentaltomyacademicsuccess.Theselessonshavehelpedmetodevelopapositiveapproachtolearningwhichhasallowedmetoachievemygoals.Ibelievethattheselessonscanbeappliednotonlytoacademicsbuttoallareasoflife.ThereforeIencourageyoualltotaketheselessonstoheartandseehowtheycanbenefityouinyourownlife.Thankyou.第PAGE页共NUMPAGES页。
