总结三年级英语教学工作中学生的表现与进步AsanEnglishteacherforthreeyearsIhaveseenalotofprogressinmystudentsEnglishskills.Theselittlelearnershaveshowngreatenthusiasmandcuriositytowardslearninganewlanguage.Despitetheiryoungagetheyhavemanagedtoovercomechallengesandmakesignificantprogressintheiracademicjourney.InthisarticleIwouldliketoreflectonmystudentsachievementsandtheirareasofimprovement.FirstandforemostoneofthesignificantimprovementsIhavenoticedinmystudentsistheirabilitytocommunicateinEnglish.Duringtheirfirstyearoflearningsomewerehesitanttospeakormakemistakes.Howeveraftercontinuousencouragementandpracticetheyhavegainedconfidenceandnowtheyarewillingtoinitiatecommunicationwiththeirfellowclassmatesandteachers.Theycanexpresstheirthoughtsandideasaswellasunderstandandrespondtootherswords.Anotherareawheremystudentshaveshowngreatprogressisintheircomprehensionskills.TheycanlistenandunderstandEnglishstoriessongsanddialogues.Theycaneasilypickupnewwordsandphrasesandusethemintherightcontext.AdditionallytheyhaveimprovedtheirreadingskillsbyrecognizingandpronouncingsimpleEnglishwordsandsentences.Theirwritingskillshavealsodevelopedastheywriteshortsentencesandparagraphsusingsimplegrammarandvocabulary.MoreovermystudentshaveshowngreatinterestinEnglishculture.TheyhavelearnedaboutdifferentEnglish-speakingcountriesandtheircustomsandtraditions.TheyhaveenjoyedlearningEnglishsongsrhymesandstoriesandhaveshownapositiveattitudetowardsunderstandingandexperiencingtheEnglishlanguageinitsculturalcontext.Howeverdespitetheseachievementstherearealsoareaswheremystudentsneedimprovement.Oneoftheareasistheirpronunciation.AlthoughtheycanreadandwritesimpleEnglishwordstheystillstrugglewithpronouncingsomesoundsandwordscorrectly.ThereforeasateacherIhavetoworkmoreondevelopingtheirlisteningandspeakingskillstoimprovetheirpronunciation.Inadditionmystudentsneedtoexpandtheirvocabularyandgrammarknowledge.TheyneedtolearnmorecomplexEnglishwordsphrasesandsentencestructureswhichwillhelpthemcommunicatemoreeffectively.ThereforeasateacherIhavetofindnewandcreativewaystointroducenewandmorechallengingconceptsandimprovetheircognitiveabilities.InconclusionmythreeyearsofteachingEnglishtomystudentshavebeenanamazingexperience.Ihaveseenthegrowthandprogressofmystudentsandtheirenthusiasmtowardslearninganewlanguage.TheirabilitytocommunicateinEnglishcomprehendEnglishmaterialsandunderstandEnglishculturehavedevelopedovertime.Nonethelessthereareareasofimprovementthatneedattentiontofurtherenhancetheirlanguageproficiency.AsateacherIwillcontinuetomotivateandinspiremystudentstobecomeconfidentandcompetentEnglishspeakers.第PAGE页共NUMPAGES页。
