10.5小时X400模=4200模2超出产能A员工日实际产能4500模，即当班总产出4500-标准产能4200=300模属超出产能且不良率小于5%方可按上述第四项规则计算超产奖3当天产能超出标准产能，但不良率大于5%则当天不计算超产奖4部门经理于每个工作日上午确认上个工作日压铸开机员产能表，经品质部检验判定合格率后流入下道生产工序，开机员核对无误后在产能表上签名每月结算工资时，由财务部根据当月产能表统一核算超产奖5产能和良品率在实施后有序提高且连续三个月表现明显即产能提高20%以上，且良品率提高10%以上，甲方则按照《员工手册》奖金300元/人，按季度为统计截点6个人产能连续三个月未达到标准产能85%以上和不良率超出5%，则相应减少岗职津贴300-500元或由甲方对乙方调整工作岗位处理Five:Capacity rules:1Standard capacity:Refer tothe capacity table foreach specification.For example:400molds/hour,that is,

10.5hours400molds=4200molds2Exceeding production capacity:a.The actualdaily production capacity of the employeeis4,500molds,that is,the totaloutput ofthe shiftis4,500-the standardproductioncapacityis4,200=300molds areout ofproductioncapacity and the non-performing ratiois lessthan5%.3On theday,the productioncapacity exceedsthe standardcapacity,but ifthenon-performing rateisgreater than5%,the over-productionawardwill notbe calculatedon theday.4The departmentmanager confirmsthe capacitytable ofthe die-casting starteron thepreviousworking dayinthemorning ofeach workingday.After passingthe inspectionofthequalitydepartment todetermine thepass rate,it flowsinto thenext production process.After checkingtheerror,the startersigns thecapacitytable.The Ministryof Financecalculates theover-productionaward based on themonthlycapacitytable.5After theimplementation,the productioncapacityand the yield rate havebeen increasedin anorderlymanner andhave performedsignificantly for three consecutive months thatis,theproduction capacityhas increasedby more than%,and theyieldratehas increasedby morethan%.Quarter isthe statisticalcut-off point.6If theindividual productioncapacity doesnot reachmorethan85%ofthestandard productioncapacityand thenon-performing rateexceeds5%forthreeconsecutivemonths,the postallowancewill bereduced by300-500yuan orParty Awill adjustthe jobprocessing of Party B.六.关联部门工程部、制造部、品质部、仓储物流部、财务部Six:Related departments:Engineering Department,Manufacturing Department,QualityDepartment,Warehouse andLogistics Department,Finance Department七.双方责任与义务1甲方根据生产计划分配给乙方相关型号的产品，乙方需按照甲方的产品标准要求、安全操作规范、个人防护要求操作机台产出合格良品2乙方在生产过程中需按计划生产，不得挑选产品或难易程度要求，否则按不服从管理的相关规定进行处理3产能提供或设备改良产能提升由生产中心总监确认经过确认后的产能新增或变更由BOM工程师输入系统并更新系统数据4甲方生产管理人员需遵循难易程度根据机台实际情况轮流和搭配分配的原则并做记录，避免不必要的争议5产品均需通过QC检验将最终数据统计在《压铸产能日报表》中6因个人原因如操作不当导致模具、机器设备异常，以实际维修时间及费用为衡量标准，对操作者依据损坏程度给予相应惩罚及赔偿损失处理7非个人原因导致模具、机器设备异常，应当以扣除维修时间的实际生产时间计算个人产能例维修时间L5小时72小时-L5小时=

10.5小时为实际生产时间计算产能8甲方可视实际状态每隔2个月保留或修改产能规则及提高或降低超产单价的权利，乙方对此合理变更不得有异议，双方另行签订《变更协议》9乙方需接受合理调配机台，不得无故不上班或不加班，遵守公司《员工手册》及部门工作规范、工艺流程等行为规范

三、五提交《压铸产能日报表》给财务部Seven.Liabilities andobligations of both parties:1Party Aallocates relevantproducts toParty Baccording tothe productionplan.Party Bmustoperate the machine toproduce qualifiedproducts inaccordance withParty Asproduct standardrequirements,safety operationspecifications,and personalprotection requirements.2Party Bmust produceaccording tothe planduring the productionprocess,and mustnot selectproductsor requirementsfor difficulty,otherwise itwill behandled inaccordance withrelevantregulations ofdisobedience management.3Capacity provisionor equipmentimprovement Capacityenhancement isconfirmed by theDirector ofTechnical ServiceDepartment andProduction OperationCenter.4The productionmanagement personnelofParty A mustfollow theprinciple ofdifficulty androtationaccording tothe actualsituation ofthe machine,and makerecords toavoid unnecessarydisputes.5All productsneed topass theQC testto collectthe finaldata inthe、、Daily Report of Die CastingCapacity I6Due to personal reasonssuch asimproper operation,the mold,machinery andequipment areabnormaLTheactual maintenance time andcost areused asthe measurementstandard.Theoperator willbe punishedand compensatedfor thedamage accordingtothedegree ofdamage.7If themold,machine andequipment areabnormal fornon-personal reasons,the actualproductiontime shouldbe calculatedbasedon the actualproduction timeminus themaintenancetime.Example:Maintenance timeis

10.5hours.Calculate productioncapacityfor actualproduction time.8PartyAmay reserveor modifytheproductioncapacity rulesand increaseor decreasethe unitpriceof overproductionevery2months dependingontheactual status.Party Bshall havenoobjection tothis reasonablechange,and thetwo partiesshall signa、Change Agreementseparately.9Party Bmust accepta reasonabledeployment ofthemachine,and mustnot goto workorovertime forno reason,and abidebythe companysemployee manualHandthedepartmentswork specifications,process proceduresand othercode ofconduct.10The ManufacturingDepartment submitsthe Daily ReportofDieCastingCapacity totheFinance Departmenton Monday,Wednesday,and Friday.

八、终止条件1双方劳动合同到期不续约的，超产协议自动终止2订立协议所依据的客观情况发生重大变化，致使超产协议无法履行3员工由于个人健康原因不能履行超产协议义务的5乙方严重违反甲方迪奇洛克的规章制度，受到记过及以上处分的6公司与员工双方协商一致解除劳动合同本协议同时解除7乙方指员工连续」一个月未拿到超产奖的Eight:Conditions fortermination of this agreement:1If thelabor contractofbothparties expiresand isnot renewed,this agreementisautomatically terminated.2Significant changeshave takenplace inthe objectivecircumstances onwhich thisagreementis based,making thisagreement impossibleto perform.3Party Bcannot fulfillthe obligationsofthisagreement duetopersonalhealth reasons.4Party Bhas seriouslyviolated PartyAs rulesand regulationsand hasbeen punishedby theaboveor above.5Both partiesagree toterminate thelabor contractthrough agreement.6Party Bhas notreceived theoverproduction awardfor consecutivemonths.
