三、Teaching Process:
1.Warmup5minutes•Begin the class byasking studentsabout theirhobbies andinterests.Encourage themtoshare withtheir classmates.•Introduce thetopic ofschool clubsand ask students ifthey haveheard ofany before.Write theirnames on the board.•Ask studentsto brainstormsome montypes ofschool clubsthat theycan thinkof,suchas sports club,music club,art club,etc.Write theseonthe board aswell.
2.Listening Practice15minutes•Ask studentslisten tothe firsttwo conversationand choosethe rightanswer inactivity

3.Production20minutes•Divide studentsinto smallgroups ofthree orfour.Each groupshould chooseone typeofschoolclubfrom theboard e.g.sports club,music club,art club.•Assign eachgroup aspecific role:one person willbe the clubleader,one personwillbe themember interestedin joiningthe club,and onepersonwillbetheclub advisororteacher.•Give eachgroup aset ofquestions relatedto theirclub e.g.What arethe benefitsofjoining thisclub Whatskills doyou needto participatein thisclub.Ask themtoanswer these questions ina shortdialogue betweenthe tworoles theyhave beenassigned.•Allow timefor eachgroup topractice theirdialogue andrecord itonarecording deviceoron paper.•After allgroups havefinished practicing,gather themback togetherand playeachgroups recordeddialogue fortheclassto listento andprovide feedback.
4.Consolidation10minutes•Review thekey pointsand difficultaspects discussedduring the lesson.Ask studentsifthey haveany additionalquestions orconcerns aboutschoolclubs.•Encourage studentsto thinkabout whichtype ofschoolclubthey wouldlike tojoinbased onwhat theylearned duringthelesson.Write theirchoices ontheboardas aclassactivity.•Distribute ahandout withsome samplequestions andanswers relatedto differenttypesof schoolclubs,such assportsclub,music club,art club,etc.Ask studentsto readthroughthem andpractice answeringthesequestionsin pairsor smallgroups.
