6.Within Five5international bankingdays uponsuccessful verificationand authenticationofSwift MT760,Beneficiarys Bankwill wiretransfer leasingprice17+2%totheLessors receivingbank.Simlutaneously Lesseedistributes consultantfee total:2%totheallintermediaries asper FPA2%.在成功验证、核实MT760后的5个国际银行工作日内，承租方银行将电汇17+2%的费用至出租方的接收银行，并同时按照佣金保护协议支付所有中间人佣金一共2%

7.Hard copyoftheinstrument willbedeliveredto Lesseebank bythe BondedCourier within7bankingdaysafter receiptof fullpayment includingcommission.在收到包括佣金在内的所有款项的7个银行工作日内，将正本用银行快递送到接证方银行

8.All subsequenttranches willbe basedonthesame proceduresuntil collateralor fundsbecomeexhausted.随后个批，交易将按相同的程序进行，直至完成合同金额为止[REMARK]备注

1.If Lesseefails inpayment ontime,Provider willsend lesseesbankanother Swiftmessageto cancelBG/SBLC,Lessee shouldpay penalty2%to provider.If providerfails toissueBG Leasing,provider mustpay penalty2%toLessee.若承租方未能及时付款，出租方将另开一个银行水单来取消BG/SBLC同时承租方将支付2%的罚金给出租方若出租方未能及时开出保函，出租方必须支付2%的罚金给承租方

2.Any unauthorizedcalls byany party or itsrepresentative lawyersto probesor communicationinan improperway toother banksinthistransaction shallbe prohibitedand contractterminated.无授权，任何一方包括其律师，均不得打电话或以任何不当方式打探或联系本交易的对方银行如有违反，交易和合同立即终止

3.Except asspecifically setforth ina futurewriting signedby Lessor,the SBLC isandatall timesshallremainpersonal propertyowned byLessorandnot byLessee oranyotherpersonor entity.除非将来出租方签订相关文书，否则SBLC始终是出租方的个人财产，并不为承租方或任何其他个人或实体所有

4.Neither theSBLC norany itemoftheSBLCisor shallbecome encumbered,mortgaged orpledgedor putat anykind offinancial riskwithouttheauthorization ofthe LESSOR.未经出租方授权，局部抵押，按揭或质押SBLC或SBLC中的任何条目或让其面临任何金融风险
