0.5mm,表面无气孔、夹渣、弧坑、裂纹等，严密无渗漏，在预制好的组件上，依照图纸的部件号进行编号，再进行吊装作业

10.所有焊缝必须按图纸和技术要求进行，焊缝高度应符合要求

11.焊接组装完毕后应将内壁所有焊缝加强面凸出表面部分进行打磨，后将烟道内外杂物清理干净，临时加固件全部拆除

12.主要吊装方案安装的总原则是:临时烟囱的安装以由下至上的原则进行安装在吊车负荷允许下尽可能在地面组合的件，应尽可能进行地面组装，以减少高空作业

7.2烟囱设立前加固准备原烟道支架为钢烟道支架，2013年3月根据设计，重新进行加固原烟道为2012年施工完成的钢烟道，临时烟囱设立处的烟道支座无法满足上部载荷要求，现场根据力学计算，采取增加支座的施工方案，对原烟道底部载荷进行加强

13.在原钢烟道支架8m层利用脚手钢管搭设宽

1.5m的工作平台，在原钢烟道下部利用219作为新增支座（见附图），支撑紧密，与烟道外加劲肋焊牢，与烟道支架处采取活动支撑，不焊接，利于钢烟道轻微的变形、移位止匕外，临时烟囱设计为直接对于原烟道，为满足安全需求，在原钢烟道开周围，利用1250工字钢做一圈加劲梁，用于加强临时烟囱与原刚烟道的连接位置图纸设计临时烟囱外部拉杆为刚性拉杆，虽可调节，但不易控制经业主协商，可否采用钢丝绳对烟囱四角进行软连接加固，更为稳妥

14.临时烟囱因暂不使用，与原烟道的安装部位暂不打通，开人孔部位在临时烟囱安装完成后，必须进行封堵

3.2辨识出质量通病及预防措施，对施工人员培训及交底，以达到消除质量通病的目的

3.3建立健全以项目经理、质检和技术人员为首的质量管理体系，严格控制施工过程中的质量问题

3.4把好施工用料的质量关，所有采购和使用的板材、型材、焊材均有材质报告和产品合格证，并报项目部和监理部核查

3.5对所有进厂设备必须严格检查，对不符合规范的设备必须予以校正或更换后方可施工

3.6严格按图纸设计要求及有关施工规范的规定进行施工，施工中遇到设计及影响施工的问题要及时向技术员、施工员汇报处理，严禁私自更改设计

3.7辨识出质量通病及预防措施，对施工人员培训及交底，以达到消除质量通病的目的

3.8施工中，每道工序应首先由班组自检合格后，方可向项目部提出请求检验，需要三级检验的由项目部向总包方申请有关人员进行检验，检查结果应作记录，并由授权人员签字确认

3.9在上道工序未完成或必要的检验合格报告未确定前，不得转入下道工序

3.10对规定由业主（或其委托的另一方）参加的检测项目，应按事先确定的程序和时间，通知其派代表到场参加检测检测合格后各有关授权人员应在检测结果和记录上签字4）验收质量及要求

4.2焊接的检验按《火力发电厂焊接技术规程》DL/T869,24的要求进行焊接焊缝的外观检查应符合图纸设计规定和内衬母材制作要求焊缝表面应平整均匀，不得有裂纹、气孔、焊瘤、夹渣、弧坑等缺陷焊缝与母材应圆滑过度，成型良好所有需衬里的焊缝应连续满焊不得漏焊焊接采取双面焊，焊缝应保证在1,3mm,焊缝禁止塞钢筋、加扁铁，不准虚焊、漏焊焊应平整光滑，严密不漏，焊渣、药皮清除干净

19.焊件组对时一般应做到内壁（根部）齐平，如有错，其错值应符合下列规定:a）对接单面焊的局部错值不得超过壁后的10%,且不大于Immo

20.b）对接双面焊的局部错值不得超过焊件厚度的10%,且不大于对需做检验的隐蔽焊缝，应经检验合格后，方可进行其他工序焊焊完后应进行清理，经自检合格后做出可追溯的永久性标识外观检查不合格的焊缝，不允许进行其他项目检验；

3.工程概况及主要工程量

3.1工程概况X3MW）烟气脱硫改造工程，2#吸收塔系统安装工程因与电厂发电1#、2#燃煤机组（2生产同步，所以在原钢烟道上设置临时烟囱临时烟囱重量约

46.7吨，尺寸MAX-5388*8516MIN-35*8516,烟囱距地面高度为37米选用150t汽车吊进行吊装

3.2施工地点:脱硫塔至烟囱区域内，制作在业主指定预制场地制作，焊接运至烟囱区域内组合，吊装

3.3工程特点

4.本工程施工场地狭小，烟道外形尺寸大，部分大件需在现场组合，焊接；吊装时应充分考虑相应的起吊机械，严禁超负荷起吊施工中高空对接焊接量大，施工时间较长，我们必须做好所有的安全防范措施，不允许有任何安全事故发生

5.施工准备3）组织吊装班组人员进行吊装前的安全技术交底和安全教育，合格后才允许其上岗作业，落实人员岗位和分工;要求每个上岗人员必须能够胜任自己的岗位工作,特殊工种必须持有效证件上岗作业4）强化操作人员安全意识，遵守安全规章制度和操作规程，操作人员必须掌握吊装方案的技术要求和操作特点，并严格遵照执行5）吊装作业区域挂好警戒标志，围起隔离警戒绳，非吊装作业人员严禁进入吊装区域吊装操作人员严禁在起重物正下方操作或停留6）吊装人员必须佩带好安全帽、安全带、防滑胶鞋等安全防护用品，有心脏病，恐高症及其他易发疾病的人员不得安排吊装作业登高作业人员，必须先系安全带，后进行操作7）吊装前应逐个检查吊机、索具，确保其无破损，性能完好，满足使用要求挂接吊点，索具应规范，稍张紧力后应检查吊扣和索具的张紧状态，调整吊扣位置，防止吊装时产生打滑或变位，而造成重物突发性的晃动8）吊装重物离地面2mm时必须检查吊机刹车及吊机承重后的情况，确保吊机正常，才能继续进行起吊汽车吊吊装前，应全部伸出支腿，在承重地面上垫设钢制走道板，吊装前应预压各支腿支撑面，同时应调整垫板水平9）及时掌握天气情况，遇5级风以上的天气，严禁进行吊装作业10）汽车吊使用前必须经有关部门检验合格，并出具使用许可证后，才可使用使用过程中，严禁超载吊装11）吊装过程中必须注意成品保护，吊装过程应平稳缓慢进行，并设置绳索拖拽重物，防止其晃动碰撞12）高处作业，必须配带安全带尽量避免交叉作业，不可避免时注意采取措施进行可靠隔离高处作业应从专设的通道到作业层;禁止随意抛掷物件13）在原烟道支架下方有电厂油管路，利用脚手钢管、跳板搭设防护帐篷防止高空坠物150吨汽车起重机性能表

8.根据总体进度计划控制，本工程高空作业较多，施工较为困难受交叉施工场地使用的影响，工程1#脱硫临时烟囱安装于2013年04月28日开工，计划于2013年05月04日吊装完成

9.主要施工方法电双辽发电有限公司2x3MW机组脱硫改造工程，临时烟囱重约

46.7吨，现场施工场地狭小，这给制作、水平运输吊装、安装带来了极大不便为便于制作、运输、吊装临时烟囱采用分片、分段制作

6.1设备的清点与编号按计划采购的钢板，型钢必须是国家定点生产厂家，并保证三证齐全，为确保原材料质量应进行批量抽检，复检结果应符合国家标准原材料运抵现场，应进行外观检查，规格、型号是否符合图纸要求材料应分类，分批号堆放，有些材料应入库保管，大型材料露天存放时，应用道木,条石垫平已加工的设备，应进行除锈防腐

6.2临时烟囱制作检查金属材料的外观，不得使用有重皮、凹坑、裂纹严重腐蚀、伤痕等缺陷金属材料;检查钢板、型钢的规格、钢号等技术条件，应符合设计要求，并有材质合格证书拼板:钢板厚度在6mm时采用V型对接坡，钝边1,2mmo拼接钢板时，应遵守以下原则1）拼接的金属板材不得小于3-5廊或按设计规定；型钢不得小于5-8mm或按设计规定，拼接板要预留符合图纸要求的间隙2）拼接时，钢板要合理布置，避免十字交叉焊缝，拼接焊缝应错开31n以上;并且拼接时应m按图纸设计要求，保证焊透焊满型钢对接时，要求打制坡，保证焊透焊满尽可能减少焊缝尺寸，以减少焊接变形3）合理用料，减少边角余量，使废料消耗控制在3,5%以内钢板铺好后做直角法找正,然后放样放样upgradin.o.enterprises.Province,an.citie.thi.yea.t.entrepreneur,a..ke.tale。
