二、培养目标和要求培养全面了解中国商业文化与商业规则，懂得中国和国际商务法律、法规，了解中外公司运作的一般规律，熟练掌握国际商务领域有关商务管理、市场调研、商业信息合理运用、人力资源管理等方面实际应用技巧，具有一定创新能力的国际商务应用型、复合型人才要求学生掌握国际贸易相关理论知识和一定的实践技能，具备从事国际商务活动必备的基础理论、专业知识、职业道德和职业技能，能从事对中国的国际贸易的相关工作，包括从事国际市场分析与开发、进出口交易磋商、进出口交易促进、进出口合同履行、国际商务谈判、国际贸易洽谈、国际经济合作等工作三主干学科经济学、国际贸易学
