一、学生分析学生刚刚从初中毕业进入高中阶段学习，学习英语的兴趣大，课堂较为积极、活跃，课堂气氛较好经过三年的初中学习，已具备一定的阅读能力因此，在设计这堂课时.，要着重从激发学生的兴趣出发,循序渐进引导学生理解课文,掌握一定的阅读技巧,然后让学生就所学话题进行讨论，让他们从讨论中有所启迪
二、教材内容分析本节课课型属阅读课，其内容包含以下三方面I.Bef o re you s tart（读前）
1、先向学生呈现几幅图片以熟悉第8页的key words,然后以“Wh at a reyour f a vor i te kinds ofTV prog r amme导出本课的话题之一To dis c uss fa vori te TV p rogr a mme s an d da ilyac tivities.让学生借助k ey wo rds尽量来讨论交流
2、让学生看课本第8-9页的两幅图片，预测这两幅图上的人有着什么样的生活方式学生可以使用课本第7页上的单词作为引导I I•Read to1e arn（读中）
1.Fast-read i ng1）学生快速阅读课文，检查自己的预测2）根据教材上所设计的两个问题（Exerc i se3）的要求，将相应的信息划出来
2.I nt ensive rea d in g1）就两篇短文设计几个问题引导学生回答,让学生对课文内容细节有所理解2）请学生就这两个人的生活方式作一比较，找出各自的优点和缺点，并说出自己的理由，这是在理解课文的基础上作一拔高，是对课文的概括III.Vo i ce you r opinion/Homewor k（读后）此部分设计了两个开放性题目，鼓励学生把课文中所学到的与现实生活相结合，分组讨论

3.4是学生将课本信息转换成自己的语言的过程，引导学生用自己的语言谈论“什么是一个健康的生活方式？”培养学生的交际能力这是对语言的进一步拓展
七、教学设想
1、这节课的设计思路主要是通过“情景导入，循序渐进，整体把握”和新课标所提倡的“以教师为主导,学生为主体”的教学理念为依据
2、本节课以阅读为主线，加强听说训练，最后落实在写作上听说读写均有兼顾，重点在阅读能力的培养
3、课堂教学努力通过各种措施激发学生兴趣，加强学生合作探究学习
4、最后，设计了让学生谈论自己和父母的哪一种生活方式才是健康的生活方式，这一环节将本节课内容的语言输出部分进行总结,这也是本节课的重点。
