一、词汇教学要扎实学由于三年级的教材中，有些单词学生已经学过，因此我在教学中过的比较快，反思但是在操练中发现，有的学生旧知已经忘了，出现不会朗读的情况，因此在教授单词时，教师一定要教的扎实，同时虽然机械的操练，但是方法也要多样性,否则学生也容易枯燥,如在操练Howbeautiful!时,我采用了老师问,学生答的方式，并不断变化图片，学生还是比较兴奋的，但是图片比较单一，如果提供不同事物美的图片，学生应该会更感兴趣

二、从学生角度出发在本课的课文教学中，我设置了一个练习Listen andorder,在这里我只是让学生看着练习，听后再做，但是学生一下是记不住序号的，因此如果把练习打印下来，学生做题就更确切，更有针对性在后面的Post-task的环节中，我设计了一个小绘本的练习，如果把练习打印下来，做出小册子，学生人手一本，我相信孩子们的学习积极性会更高，而且练习设计的目的更有效

三、朗读指导要有感情在课文的朗读指导中，学生没有把感情读出来，主要是自己在指导朗读时，没有把朗读的语气和动作表现出来，如果老师把感情投入了，学生也会把感情投入其中，课文朗读也会更生动。
