一、施工准备

1、施工前认真熟悉图纸且做好技术交底工作，钢筋加工前要检查原材料质保书，检测报告及各项保证资料齐全确认后，方可进行加工现场10人，连续加工

1、钢筋加工的形状、规格、尺寸符合设计要求

3、箍筋末端的弯钩1级钢筋应做135的弯钩，弯钩的平直长度为箍筋直径的10倍

4、？级钢筋末端要做好180弯钩，平直长度不要小于钢筋直径的3倍

三、施工方法

1、核对成品钢筋的型号、直径、形状、尺寸和数量是否与配料单料牌相符，如有错漏及时纠正，保护层垫块采用塑料垫块间距
