二、实习任务主要内容在三个月的时间内掌握皮具整个过程的生产工艺,具体从皮具生产所需的物料,包括皮料、五金还有裁床、车间、包装、计价、生产排产和掌握企业外贸跟单员的工作流程及操作
三、实习步骤与内容在苹果公司实习的三个月来,我学到了很多在学校学不到的东西在这期间我主要到工厂实习,了解和学习皮具生产工艺到目前为止基本了解手袋生产的工艺以及了解外贸跟单员的工作流程及操作实习的主要内容总结为工厂1到仓库学习皮料五金了解五金的收发、名称、质量的要求皮料的收发、名称、质量要求以及所需的辅料2裁床了解/掌握开皮料技能、油边要点、重点掌握铲皮技能和压唆流程还有了解皮料的损耗3车间车面和台面均需实习,掌握每一个工序的重要环节以及难易程度,掌握整个手袋生产的流程运作,对于车不同产品的难度在哪里车位和台面的现场操作4计价了解皮具的核算和损耗来对手袋计价5生产排产了解如何排产6板房了解和掌握手袋的台面、纸格、设计7QC、包装了解包的质量检查、包装流程8物料包装资料物料采购控制、计划、包装资料的订购等9外发由于本厂资源人力有限,所以需要外发到其他的工厂加工,所以要了解外发的流程、核对物料等外贸部外贸跟单员的工作流程及操作
1.下达生产通知书跟单员接到客户订单后,应将其转化为生产通知单通知单要明确客户所订产品的名称,规格型号,数量,包装要求,交货期等
2.分析生产能力生产通知单下达后,要分析企业的生产能力能否按期,按质地交货如不能应采取什么措施?要不要外包?
3.制定生产计划生产计划的制定及实施关系着生产管理及交货的成败跟单员要协助生管人员将订单及时转化为生产通知单
4.跟踪生产进度1生产进度控制流程;2生产进度控制作业程序;3生产进度控制重点;A.实际进度与计划进度发生差异,要找原因通常有下列原因
①.原计划错误;
②.机器设备有故障;
③.材料没跟上;
④.不良率和报废率过高;
⑤.临时工作或特急订单的影响;
⑥.前制程延误的累积;
⑦.员工工作情绪低落,缺勤或流动率高4跟踪生产进度的表单有生产日报表,生产进度表,生产进度控制表,生产异常处理表,生产线进度跟踪表
5.交期延误:如是工厂原因,要通知客户,取得同意后方可出货如不同意,一是协商,我们可承担部分费用将货出去二就只好取消订单了如快递原因,要先告知客户,再催促快递公司,让他们尽快将货物送到客户手中
6.有关订单的更改问题客户对已下的订单因市场变化会有更改,有数量上的,(或增加,或减少)有规格上的(产品描述,鞋图等)有交期的变更(或提前,或推迟)接到客户要求变更,首先要看改什么?能否接受?如我们的货已生产的差不多了,已收尾,就不可能再更改了如还没安排,问题不大如已安排了部份,要进行协商比如数量要减,我们已按原数量采购了材料,通用的问题不大但如是专用的,客户要承担部份费用对交期如要提前,我们要根据实际情况说如要推迟,时间短,问题不大,但如要延迟很长,那仓储费,损耗费要承担
四、实习心得和体会对于刚毕业的学生大部分是从底层做起的,所以要到工厂实习的事实并没有让我意外三个月的跟单员实习生活与我想象中的工作有些差距,在实习的过程中,既有收获的喜悦,也有一些遗憾也许是实习日子较短而我也并非跟单专业的关系,对这方面工作的认识仅仅停留在表面,常常在看人做,听人讲如何做,有些工作流程还没能够亲身感受和处理,所以还未能领会其精髓但是通过实习,加深了我对不同跟单工作、跟单知识的理解,丰富了我的实际管理知识,使我对跟单员工作有了一定认识,同时提升了将所学知识运用到实际中去的能力跟单这个岗位是一份繁琐和辛苦的工作,工作量大,并且重复性工作多,对跟单人员的要求也很高,需要掌握产品知识、生产加工知识、单证知识、国际贸易实务,还需具备较强的综合分析能力、应变能力、协调能力、沟通能力,对英语的水平要求更高,不仅要会写,而且口语要过关,否则与客户的沟通就存在问题所以我在实习期间也没有放松自己英语的学习通过在职的三个多月里,每一位同事都会耐心的跟我讲解业务知识,无私分享他(她)们的工作经验在出现错误的时候,领导和同事都是本着体谅和教育的原则,避免伤害自尊心但是相对于工厂里的部门相对冷漠一点,可能与他们平时工作的性质有关,他们很少会主动教我,一般是要靠自己多问多想的有些甚至不理睬你,这种情况要有足够厚的脸皮才能找到你想要的这一点真是需要我很大的勇气啊鉴于我强大的学习欲望,和优异的内部环境、外部环境,我在逐渐的进步,已经融入了这个团队,融入了苹果的企业文化,但是在工作上和自身能力上还有很多需要改进的地方,我深感自己的不足,我会在以后的工作学习中更加努力,取长补短,虚心求教相信自己会在以后的未来工作中更加得心应手,表现更加优异!不管是在什么地方任职,都会努力做得出色!9■2019英文外贸实习报告范文本文关键词英文,实习报告,外贸,范文
