Tai chiNowadays,Tai Chiis becomingmore andmore popular. Not onlydo some old peopleoften dotai chi,but alsoit is popular among young people and even foreigners.Tai Chihas a long historyand itis regarded as one of therepresentatives of Chinese culture.Interestingly, some taiChi movesare namedafter animals.Tai Chihas positiveeffects onpeoples health. On the one hand,Tai Chican helpimprove balanceand buildupthe body.
