1.Foreign studentsmust enterChina withan Xvisa.Within30days studentsmust takeperformthe requiredmedical andphysical examinationand obtaina ResidencePermit.Any studentwhofails toobtain thisrequired ResidencyPermit within the allottedtime will be subjectto finesandpenalties inaccordance to the law.第一条留学生须持与本人身份相符的签证入境并须在入境日内办理体检及外国人居“X”30留证或外国人临时居留证学生应自觉提前办理居留延期，如超过居留期限停留即为非法居住，市出入境管理局将依法进行处罚XX

2.Students returningto theirnation oforigin,traveling toHong Kong,Macao,Taiwan orany othercountry,need tofollow therequired procedures for obtaining the permissionofthe University,and inthis wayobtain theexit visa.The Universitymust givepermission forthe studenttoobtain theexit visaand leaveChina.第二条学生在学习期间回国或去港、澳、台地区及其它地方应办理出入境手续并要提出请假申请，经国际教育学院批准后方可申请出入境签证

3.When the students areperforming theproceduresfor obtainingthe student residencycertificates,the studentsshould submit,in advance,an applicationto theInternational EducationCollege.The Universitywill assistthe studentswith theapplications proceduresfor resident permitswhich areissued bythe XXMunicipal SecurityForeign AffairsBranch.第三条学生在学期间办理各种有效证件相关手续，须提前向国际教育学院提出申请，学院开据同意函，校方将协助学生到市出入境管理局办理，逾期不办者，后果自负XX

4.Students shouldensure thesafety andsecurity oftheir ResidencyPermits andother certificatesanddocuments forstudy bygiving saiddocuments andcertificates tothe UniversityforSafekeeping.The certificatesare theproperty oftheUniversityand arenot tobe altered,ormutilated inany manner.In theevent thecertificate is lost or stolen,then thestudent isresponsiblefor reportingthe losstotheUniversity administration,the police,and postanotification ofthe lossintheXXnewspaper inaccordance withChinese law.In theevent apassportislostorstolen,thestudentshould goto theirrespective Embassyor ConsulateinChina andfollow proceduresforobtaininga replacementpassport andthen thestudent willberequired toreapply fora newresidentpermitfrom XXMunicipal SecurityForeign AffairsBranch.Additional Universityadministration feeswillbecharged tothestudentin assistingthemin obtainingtheir replacementpassport.第四条学生应妥善保管有效证件，原则上交国际教育学院教学部统一管理，不得涂改和损坏，如居留证丢失，须到《日报》社广告部登报挂失，然后到市出入境管理局补XX XX办理外国人居留申请手续如护照丢失，应立即向市出入境管理局报告，并领取护照XX报失证明，然后去本国驻华使馆、领馆申请新护照，并持新护照到市出入境管理局办XX理签证。
