理工大学XX国际教育学院留学生会客制度Appendix B:Procedures forVisitors toStudents forthe InternationalEducationCollege ofXX Universityof TechnologyThefollowing regulationsare enactedin orderto guaranteethe securityof foreignstudents,protect theproperty of the University,and maintainan establishedstandard procedure.为保障住宿留学生、工作人员及公私财产的安全，维护正常秩序，制订本制度

1.Any individualwho comesto visita studentand isnot livingin thedesignated dormitoriesisreferred toas a visitor.Such visitorsmust showan identitycard foreignvisitors shouldshowthe passportor ResidencyPermit,and Chinesevisitors shouldshow identity,working orstudentcard andregister with the securitypersonnel byfilling outthe visitorregistration form.The securitypersonnel willinsure theform isfilled incorrectly and then issuethe visitoraVisitor Pass,which willallow the visitor tohave entranceto thefacilities第一条凡申请进入宿舍的访客，必须首先出示本人的有效证件，外籍访客为护照、居留证；国内访客为身份证、工作证、学生证并准确规范地逐项填写会客登记单

2.The visitormust returnthe VisitorPass tothe securitypersonnel whenthevisithas ended.Thesecurity personnelwill recordthe timeon theregistration formand whenthe visitorleft thefacilities.第二条会客结束访客离开时，门卫收取访客所持的会客登记单后，交还访客的暂存证件，并在留存前台的会客登记单上标注访客离去时间

3.The onlytime thatstudents mayhave visitorsis between4:00pm and10:30pm duringtheweekday andfrom9:00am to10:30pm onweekends andduring holidaysor vacations.第三条会客时间为每日时时分，双休日、寒暑假及法定节假日会客时间为时16〜22309时分〜

22304.Visitors areforbidden tobring intothe dormitoriesany flammablematerials suchas petroleumproductsoil andgas orfirecrackers.All visitorsmust comply withthe regulations relatedto theproceduresfor registeringthemselves whenthey visit.The recordedinformation willinclude theirname,whom theyare visiting,andtheduration oftheir stay.Any individualwho failsto failsto第页共页complywiththese regulationsand breaks12the lawswill beheld accountable.The Universityreserves theright toforbid entranceto anyindividualwho hasdemonstrated aninability tofollow regulations.Penalties mayinclude civilandor criminalaction inthe eventavisitoris deemedby theuniversity tobe ahazard tothestudent community.第四条访客不得携带易燃易爆（鞭炮火药、高浓度醇、非食用油、液化燃气）、危险（枪械弹药、利刃锐器）、违禁（反动淫秽书刊及音像制品、毒麻制品）、腐蚀（高浓度酸）、污染（动物活体）等物品进入

5.The registrationform filledin bythe visitorwill beseen as a verificationand record of theentranceand exitofthevisitor,and ismaintained bythe securitypersonnel.This registrationformwill bekept forsome timeasarecordofvisitors andtheir activities.All visitorsmustabide bytheregulationsestablished for visitors concerningregistration procedures,visitingtime periodsand prohibiteditems inthe University.No oneis permittedto helpor giveaid avisitorwho isbreaking thelaw.The visitorassumes allrelevant civiland criminalresponsibilitiesfor theirbehaviors whichcan include,but isnot limitedto,polluting theenvironment,disturbing thepublic andsecurity violations.第五条会客登记单作为会客凭证及客人资料由门卫定期装订，长期保存以备复核查验访客必须自觉遵守会客登记、会客时间、携带物品等有关规定；不得利用会客名义提供有偿服务或进行违法活动访客在会客期间有污染公共环境、扰乱公共秩序、危害公共安全等行为，应承担相应的民事及刑事责任

6.Students maynot provideovernight accommodationsforvisitorswithin thedormitory.第六条访客不得留宿。
