航空货物运输代办协议（中英文）CONTRACT FORAIR TRANSPORTATIONParty A甲方航空货运单位Party B乙方客户甲乙双方在平等，协商，自愿的原则下，签订以下协Based onthe justiceand willingness,after friendlynegotiation both partiesreached theagreement asbelow:1）甲方为乙方代办航空运输，乙方为甲方提供运输设计、电话查询、代办保险、打包，航空运输、航空提货、送货等一揽子航空服务Party Aprovides party B theair cargoservice asfollowing:deliver ydesign,cargo query,insurance commission,packing,air transportation,picking upanddelivering thecargo.etc2）甲方自收到乙方货物后至交航空公司交付客户止负责货物的安全保管如发生遗失或损坏，乙方应向甲方作出赔偿，赔偿额按民航局规定（如外包装完好无损，内物缺少或损坏不在赔偿之列）Party Ahas theresponsibility for the safetyof cargofrom theconsi gnationbyparty Btill theairways deliverit to the receiverspecif iedby partyB.If thecargo waslost ordamaged notincluding thec asethat exteriorpackingis ingood condition,party Ashould makea compensationto Baccording to therelated regulationsof CAAC.3）甲方当天收到乙方货物后，按次日航班进行托运，如出现航班变动或调整等意外事件，则须及时通知乙方，双方相互协商另行调整航班Normally party A willconsign thecargo toairline companiesnext dayafterreceiving itfrom party B.If theflight schedulechanged oru nexpectedaccidentshappened,party Ashould informB intime torene wthe deliveryplan.4）乙方必须向甲方提供正确的收件人姓名、地址、电话如因收件人姓名、地址错误而造成的时间延误或经济损失甲方将不承担任何责任Party B must provideA thecorrect anddetail address,name andconta ctphonenumber of the receiver.Any delayor lostcaused by the error informationof the receiverprovided byparty B,Party A will nott akeany responsibilityinthis case.5）贵重物品如需投保，投保金额按保险总价值的刎攵取保险费，一旦出险，甲方则按保险公司的有关条例对乙方作出赔偿，如乙方未对其托运货物进行投保，一旦出险，甲方则按民航条例及程序向甲方作出赔偿（即物品遗失，缺损，按普通货物赔偿，每公斤最高赔偿人民币贰拾元正）If party B wantto buyinsurance forthe valuables,the commissionis%ofthe totalinsured value.Once needcompensation,party Awi11pay for itto Baccordingto the insuranceitems;however party Awillonly paypartof totalvalue accordingtotheregulations（RMB20per KG）of CAACifno insurance.6）乙方必须把加盖公章的托运单交于甲方确定委托关系，甲方开具货运分单为结算凭证如乙方对甲方运单金额有异议请在分单传真后24小时内提出，否则视为确认To naildown theclientage,Party Bmust submitthe consignationtick etwithcachet onit to party A.and thenpartyAwill issuea corresponding freightsub-ticket toparty B.If party B does not agreetothe priceof freight,partyBmust putit forwardtopartyA within24hours,otherwise thepriceof freightwill beregarded asconfirmed bybothparties.7）结算方式o到货后甲方将结算清单及凭证交乙方，乙方在5个工作日内付清欠款额度为人民币o超过额度，甲方将立即将帐单交给乙方，乙方在收到帐单5个工作日内付清所有欠款逾期支付，乙方必须向甲方每日支付欠款金额千分之五的滞纳金乙方不得以任何理由拒付甲方运费双方如有争执，应按协商原则处理，协商不成，可由甲方所在地市法院裁决,仲裁费用由败诉一方承担，除非另有规定The methodof Payment:.After thewhole deliveryprocess isover,party Awillsubmit relatedbills topartyBwho issuggeste dto payforitwithin5days.Max arrearagevolume isRMB.0nee exceedingit,PartyAwillimmediately submitall thebills toB,and partyBmustpay itoff within5days.If partyB stilldoesnotpay itoff within5days forthe overdueaccount,partyBshould paythe extramoney by
