7.9Prohibition ofillegal emissionof hazardousand toxicwaste方必须遵守适用的环境法律法规，禁止违法排放废水、废气或废渣，定期监测污染排放物PartyB mustobserve applicableenvironmental lawsand regulations,not dischargewaste water,exhaustgases,and wasteresidue,and shallregularly monitorthe pollutantdischarge.禁止任何形式的商业贿赂乙方应遵守最高的诚

二、违约责任Liability forBreach ofAgreement若乙方行为不符合本协议的约定，乙方应以费用自担的方式纠正其与本协议约定不符的行为，
