一、你来这里能干什么?对这类咄咄逼人的难题,主试人提出其意图有二一是怀疑、不信任这位求职者的学历、资历或经验并暗示不大可能录用;二是有意出此难题,以诱使对方尽可能地表白自己,从而更深入了解此人答问策略先从心理上要稳住,别慌舌别气馁,别急着辩白1L,应把这类难题当成进一步申明这职位适合你的种种条件和理由,即我到这里能干什么2工作既要自信,又要实事求是应聘前先要把自己的资历与经验和用人单位职位的条件一一分析清楚,列出种种适合3的理由,这样在答问时就会慷慨陈词、条理井然了不要长篇大论,能说清楚就够了4态度要不卑不亢,不要一听对方认为你干不了,你就乞求对方因为用人单位不会因5可怜谁就录用谁的
