地方高质币现状与优以解大物例0H题目地方高校教师激励现状与优化策略研究一以造例摘要改革开放以来国家综合国力的增强,对于人才的需求与日俱增,因此国家大力投资建设支持高校的发展,为我国高等教育的发展与人才输送提供了宝贵的机会如今高校资源不再匮乏,近千所高校很大程度上满足了当代中国人才培养的基本需求,但目前“国内外知名大学”,“双一流”成为了学校们争先恐后去追求的目标,而高质量,高知名度大学的创建又与高校教师队伍的完善和高校教师激励机制息息相关为此,在梳理高校教师激励现状的基础上,本文运用访谈法、调查法和文献研究法,发现长春大学教师激励管理存在诸如薪酬制度不够完善、绩效考核制度不合理、对H政策执行的监督机制不够清晰、培训机制不足,没有真正做到政策执行时的公平公正、没有更好的考虑教师需求等问题针对这些存在的问题,本文从长春大学的具体实H际出发,提出相关对策建议,主要包括六个方面第一,建立完善的薪酬制度;第二,科学制定绩效考核制度;第三,加强学校对政策执行的监督监管;第四;建立合理的培训机制;第五,切实履行公平公正原则;第六,保障政策的延续性与确保方案执行关键词地方高校激励机制人力资源管理高校教师AbstractSince thereform andopening up,the comprehensivenational strengthof thecountry hasbeenstrengthened,and thedemand fortalents isincreasing dayby day.Therefore,the statehasinvested heavilyto supportthe development of collegesand universities,which providesavaluable opportunityfor thedevelopmentof higher educationand thetransfer oftalents inourcountry.Nowadays,university resourcesare nolonger scarce.Nearly athousand universitiesmeetthe basicneeds oftalent cultivationin contemporaryChina toa greatextent.However,atpresent,well-known universitiesat homeand abroadnand“double-first-class havebecome thegoalspursued byschools.The establishmentofhigh-quality andwell-known universitiesisclosely relatedto theimprovement ofthe teachingstaff andthe incentivemechanism ofUniversityteachers.Therefore,on thebasis ofcombing thecurrent situationof teachers!incentive inCollegesand universities,this paperuses interview,investigation andliterature researchmethods tofindthat thereare someproblems inteachers1incentive managementin Changchun University ofH,such asimperfect salarysystem,unreasonable performanceappraisal system,unclearsupervision mechanismfor policyimplementation,inadequate trainingmechanism,and notreallyachieving fairnessand fairnessin policyimplementation.Consider theneeds ofteachersand otherissues.In viewof theseproblems,this paperputs forwardrelevant countermeasuresandsuggestions fromthe concretereality ofChangchunUniversityof Technology,including sixaspects:first,establishing aperfect salarysystem;second,formulating aperformance appraisalsystemscientifically;third,strengthening thesupervision andsupervision ofpolicyimplementation byschools;fourth,establishing areasonable trainingmechanism;fifth,earnestly fulfillingthe principleof fairnessand justice.Sixth,to ensurethe continuityof policiesandthe implementationof programs.Keywords:Local UniversitiesExcitation MechanismHuman ResourcesUniversityTeachers。
