二、Material Quantityand Price

三、Delivery Timeand Location

1.Delivery TimeParty B shalldeliver thefirst batchof materials to thedesignatedlocation ofParty Awithin working days specificdurationafter the contract issigned.For subsequentbatches ifany ofmaterials,Party B shalldeliver the materials within working daysafter receivingPartyAs writtennotice,basedonParty Asengineering progressrequirements.

1.Packaging RequirementsParty B shall be responsible for theproper packagingof thematerialsto ensurethat thematerials arenot damagedduringtransportation andstorage.The packagingshall bemarked withmaterialname,specifications,quantity,manufacturer information,etc.

2.Transportation ResponsibilityParty Bshall bear thecosts andrisks oftransporting thematerialsto thedelivery location.In theevent ofmaterial damageorloss duringtransportation,Party Bshall promptlysupply thesamespecifications and qualityofmaterials andbear the lossescaused toParty Athere.

五、Rights andObligations ofBoth Parties

1.Rights andObligations ofParty ARights:Has the right toinspect andaccept thematerials providedPartyB,and has theright to refuseacceptance orrequire Party B toreplacethem if thematerialsdo notmeet the requirements.Has theright toadjust thequantity ofmaterials purchasedaccording to theactual situationof the project,but shall notifyParty Bin accordancewith theprocedures agreed upon in thiscontract.Obligations:Shall receivethematerialsthat meet the requirementswithinthe timespecified in thecontractand pay the goods as agreed uponin thecontract.Shall providenecessary assistancetoParty B fordelivery,suchas providingunloading areas.

六、Inspection andAcceptance

八、Liability for Breach ofContract

十、Force Majeure

1.DefinitionFor thepurposes of thiscontract,force majeurerefers tounforeseeable,unavoidable,and insurmountableobjectivecircumstances,including butnot limitedto naturaldisasters suchasearthquakes,floods,war,government actionssuch aspolicyadjustments,bans,etc..
