IICONSTRUCTIONLICENSING第二章建筑许可SECTION IWORKING LICENSESFORCONSTRUCTIONPROJECTS第一节建筑工程施工许可Article7Before thestart ofconstructionprojects,constructionunitsshall,inaccordancewiththe第七条建筑工程开工前，relevant （一）有符合国家规定的注册2Possession ofspecialized technicalpersonnelwith statutoryprofessional qualificationsconsistent资本；withtheconstruction activitiesthey engagein;
