13.SHIPPING ADVICE:The sellershould advisethebuyerimmediately aboutthe CONTRATNO.,commodity,quantity,invoicedvalue,gross weight,name ofvessel anddelivery dateetc,either byfax ofe-mail uponthe completionofloading goods.Sellers willtake allthe responsibilitiesof totalloss dueto notletting buyersknowin time.装运通知卖方应于装货后，立即用传真或邮件将有关合同号、货物、数量、发票价值、毛重、运输工具名称、交货日期、货物预计抵达日等资料通知买方如果由于卖方未能通知买方而造成的所有损失均由卖方承担

14.CHECK UPONDELIVERTHE BUYER SHOULD FINISHCHECKING ALLARRIVING GOODSARRIVED INBUYERSWAREHOUSE WITHIN20DAYS.验收买方必须在订货的本件商品到达仓库后20日内验收完毕

15.FORCE MAJEURE:The Sellersshall notbe heldresponsible forthe delayin shipmentor non-delivery ofthe goodsdueto ForceMajeure,which mightoccur duringthe processof manufacturingor inthe courseof loadingortransit.The Sellersshall advisethe Buyersimmediately ofthe occurrencementioned aboveand withinfourteendays thereafter,theSellersshall sendby airmailtotheBuyers fortheir acceptanceacertificate ofthe accidentissuedbythe CompetentGovernment Authoritieswhere the accident occursasevidence thereof.Under suchcircumstances theSellers,however,are stillunder theobligation totake allnecessarymeasures tohasten thedelivery ofthe goods.In casetheaccidentlasts formore than10weeks,theBuyers shallhave theright tocancel theContract.不可抗力对于制造或装船运输过程中可能产生的不可抗力而造成的迟交货或不能交货，卖方可以不承担责任卖方应立即在不可抗力产生的十四日内将有关情况通知买方，并且卖方应用航空邮件将有关政府当局部门出具的证明不可抗力产生的文件寄送给买方在此情况下，卖方仍应尽最大努力采取各种措施促使货物的发运如果事故持续十周，买方有权取消该合同

16.ARBITRATION:Any distributesarising orin connectionwith thisContract shallbe submittedfor firstarbitrationin OsakaCourt andthe localcourt inthe shops area.仲裁发生本合同及与此关联的一切纠纷时，大阪地方法院及买方所在地所辖法院为一审专属管辖法院

17.BANK CHARGES:All bankcharges outsideChina willbe onthe accountoftheSellers.银行费用所有中国之外的银行费用均由卖方承担
