3.活动不可能全员参与,可以让未参与活动者做课堂小结4教学启示一.善于把握课堂教学的生成瞬间,巧妙捕捉学生灵感的闪现教学的过程是生生互动、师生互动的过程,在此过程中我们要学会发现学生动态生成的亮点资源,也要及时捕捉学生灵感的闪现课堂亦如战场,虽然战前将军作了全方位的战略部署,但战场态势发展的不可预期性,随时要求指挥者作出相应的调整我们不能制止或避免课堂发生的预设之外的事情,我们要正式并合理加以利用,变难点为亮点因为在教学过程中,学生常常会于不经意间产生出“奇思妙想”、迸发出智慧的火花,因而作为学习的引导者的教师应在课堂上及时将这些细微之处流露出来的灵感的闪现捕捉、加以重组整合,并借机引发学生开展讨论,给学生带来几分热情,给课堂带来一份精彩,所以在平时的教学设计上不要太紧,应留有更多的余地与学生对话乃至生生对话,只有在平等的交流中才促成精彩瞬间的生成,作为教师有时为了某种精彩,可以适当调整阶段目标以便更好的提升课堂生成,使英语课堂充满生命活力只有这样擦出的智慧火花就能熊熊地燃烧起来二.在亲历过程、主动探究中活跃思维建构主义学习观认为,学生学习的过程是一个再创造过程学生在亲历探究的过程中,他们的思维表现出更多的独特性和灵敏性所以教师要努力营造宽松、和谐的自主探究活动,使得他们有更多的探究发现、交流合作、体验成功的机会,从而有效地调动学生思维活动的积极性在今天的公开课中,我努力地以学生为主体,鼓励学生大胆进行各项活动,留有充分的时空去尝试、讨论、调动学生全员参加,自主探究,让他们充分展示其思维过程如学生在采访调查中发现自己对本课知识的了解程度,学到别人的长处、自己的不足,在句子接龙中积极动脑这一系列的交流活动无不绽放出学生思维智慧的火花“没有最好,只有更好”,教学永远是一门遗憾的艺术每一节课都是不可重复的激情与智慧的综合生成过程让我们在教学中体现教师的匠心、展现师生智慧互动的火花,促进学生全面、持续、和谐地发展只有这样,英语课堂才能焕发出生命活力,闪耀智慧的光芒自勉将时间留给学生、将空间留给学生、将展示的机会留给学生,一句话将主动权交还学生吧!他们将会交给我们的不仅仅是课堂上的精彩演绎,可能他们会在不久的将来演绎生命的精彩和更加完美的人生他们将在自己人生的大舞台上走出最广博的天地、创出世界级的精彩。
