2025年标准版借款合同格式范本**borrower and the Lender（以下合称“双方”或“甲乙双方”）,in considerationof themutual covenantsandagreements hereincontained,agree asfollows:**
1.Loan Amountand Purpose
1.1The Lenderagrees tolend to the Borrowertheprincipal sumof,hereinafter referredto asthe Loan Amount.
1.2The Borrowershall usethe Loan Amount exclusivelyfor the purposeof.The Borroweragrees tosubmitto the Lender,upon request,documentation andevidencereasonably satisfactoryto the Lender,proving theuseof the Loan Amountfor thespecified purpose.
2.Interest Rate
2.1The Loanshall bearinterest atthe rateof%per annum,calculated onthe outstandingprincipalbalance of the Loan.
2.2Interest shall be computedon adaily basisand shallaccruefrom the date ofdisbursement of the Loanuntil thedate of fullrepayment.
2.3The Borroweragrees topay intereston abasise.g.,monthly,quarterly,etc.,unless otherwiseagreedin writing.

3.1The Borrowershall repaytheLoanin full,includingall accruedinterest and any otherapplicable fees,by thematuritydateof.
3.2Repayment of theLoanmay bemade ininstallments asmutuallyagreed uponby the双方,provided thatsuch agreementisset forthin writing and signed by both parties.

4.Obligations of the Borrower
4.1The Borroweragrees to timely andfully dischargeallobligations underthis Contract.
4.2The Borrowershall promptlynotify the Lender of anychange in their address,telephone number,or any otherinformation providedin this Contract.
4.3The Borrowershall nottransfer,assign,or encumberany of theirrights or obligations underthis Contractwithout the prior written consentof theLender.
4.4The Borrowershall maintainsuch recordsand providesuchinformation astheLendermay reasonablyrequest fromtimetotime.

5.1The Lenderagrees todisburse theLoanAmountto theBorrowerin accordancewith theterms andconditions setforthin this Contract.
5.2The Lendershall maintainthe confidentialityof allinformationprovided bythe Borrower,except asrequired bylaw or asotherwise agreedin writing.
5.3The Lendershall providethe Borrowerwith statementsdetailingthe outstandingprincipal,interest,andanyotherfees associatedwith theLoan.
6.Prepayment
6.1The Borrowerhas the right toprepay theLoan inwholeor inpart atany timewithout penalty,subject to thefollowing terms:

1.1Any prepaymentshall beapplied to the outstandingprincipalbalance first.

1.2The Borrowershall providewritten noticeof anyprepaymentto theLender atleastprior tothedateofprepayment.

1.3The Lenderagrees toapply allprepayments promptlyandto providethe Borrowerwith anupdated statementreflectingthe prepayment.
7.Late PaymentFees
7.1If the Borrower failsto make any payment when due,alate feeof第3页共7页shall beapplied tothe overdueamount foreach monthorportion thereofthat thepayment remainsunpaid,unlessotherwise agreedin writing.
7.2The Lendershall providethe Borrowerwith writtennoticeof anyoverdue paymentand theapplicable latefee.
8.Default andRemedies
8.1The followingevents shall constitute adefault underthis Contract:

1.1Failure tomakeanypaymentwhendue whetherbyscheduled maturityor otherwise.
8.
1.2Failure tocomply withanyotherterm orconditionof thisContract.
8.
1.3The occurrence ofanyevent,circumstance,orcondition whichwould havea materialadverse effecton theBorrowersability toperform theirobligations underthisContract.
8.2Upon theoccurrenceofany default,theLendermay,at itssole discretion,take anyofthefollowing actions:

2.1Declare theentire outstandingbalance ofthe Loanimmediatelydue andpayable.
8.
2.2Charge the Borrower additionalfees and/or interestasprovided bylawor in thisContract.

2.3Pursue anyother rightsor remediesavailable atlaworinequity.

9.2The Borroweragrees toexecute anydocuments oragreementsnecessary toperfect theLenders securityinterestinthe collateral.
9.3In theevent ofdefault bytheBorrower,the Lendershallhave theright todispose ofthecollateralinaccordance withapplicable lawandtheterms ofthisContract.
10.Miscellaneous
10.1This Contractis governedby andconstrued inaccordancewith thelaws ofthe,without regardto itschoiceof lawrules.
10.2Any legalaction orproceeding arisingout oforrelated to thisContract shall bebrought inthe courtlocated in,and bothparties consentto thejurisdictionof suchcourt.
10.3This Contractconstitutes theentire agreementbetweenthe双方with respecttothesubject matterhereof andsupersedesall priorunderstandings,agreements,orrepresentations,whether oralorwritten.第5页共7页
10.4Any amendmentsor modificationstothisContractmust bemade inwritingandsignedbybothpartiesto beeffective.
10.5The failureof eitherparty to enforce anyprovisionof thisContractshallnot beconstrued asa waiverof suchprovisionor oftherighttoenforcesuch provisionat alatertime.
10.6The rightsand obligationsoftheBorrower andtheLender underthisContractare personaltotheBorrower andtheLender,respectively,and neitherparty shallassign ortransferanyofits rightsorobligationswithoutthepriorwritten consentoftheother party.
11.Entire Agreement
11.1This Contract,together withany exhibits,schedules,or otherdocuments attachedhereto,constitutes theentireagreement betweenthe双方with respecttotheLoan.Any priororcontemporaneous understandings,agreements,orrepresentations notcontained hereinare supersededby thisContract.
12.Execution inCounterparts
