6.1若甲方未能按合同约定支付工程款项，乙方有权暂停施工，由此造成的损失由甲方承担

6.Liability forBreach ofContract

6.1If甲方fails topay theproject feesin accordancewiththe contract,乙方shall have the rightto suspendconstruction,and anylosses incurredshall beborne by甲方.

7.1在履行本合同过程中发生的一切争议，双方应通过友好协商解决；协商不成时，任何一方均可向项目所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼
