2025法律合同样例小学教师临时聘用合同书2025Legal ContractTemplate:Temporary Elementary SchoolTeacher EmploymentContractPartiesThis Contractis madeand enteredinto onthisday of,2025,by andbetween:Employer:[School Name],a[type ofinstitution,e.g.,public orprivate]school incorporatedunder thelaws of the Stateof,with itsprincipal placeof businessat[Address].hereinafter referredto asthe Employer.Employee:[Employee’s FullName],residing at[Address],hereinafter referredto asthe Employeeor Teacher.RecitalsWHEREAS,the Employeris inneed oftemporaryinstructional servicesfor theposition ofElementarySchoolTeacher;andWHEREAS,the Employeeis qualifiedand愿意to providesuchservices ona temporarybasis;NOW,THEREFORE,the partieshereto agreeas follows:
1.Term ofEmployment
1.1Duration:The termof thisemployment shallcommenceon theStart Dateand shallcontinueuntil theEnd Date,unless terminated第1页共6页earlier in accordance with the termsof this Contract theTerm.
1.2Extension:In theevent thatthe Employerdesires toextendthe Term,the Employershall providewritten noticetothe Employeeat least days priorto theexpirationof thecurrent Term.The Employeemay acceptordecline theextension byproviding written notice withindaysof receiptof the Employer’s notice.
2.Duties andResponsibilities
2.1Scope ofWork:The Employeeshall performthe dutiesandresponsibilities ofan ElementarySchool Teacherasassigned by the Employer,including butnot limitedto:Providing instructionto studentsin accordance with thecurriculumapproved by the Employer;Preparing anddelivering lessonplans;Assessing studentperformance andproviding feedback;Collaborating withother staffmembers tosupport studentlearningand development;Adhering toall policiesand proceduresof the Employer;Maintaining asafe andinclusive learningenvironment forstudents;Attending meetings,professional developmentsessions,and parent-teacher conferencesas required.
2.2Hours ofWork:The Employeeshall workduring thestandardschool hoursestablished bythe Employer,which may第2页共6页include beforeor afterschool dutiesas assigned.Thespecific scheduleshall beoutlined ina separateAddendum orcommunicatedin writingbytheEmployer.
3.Compensation
3.1Salary:The Employershall compensatethe Employeeatan annualrate ofdollars$,paid in accordancewith theEmployer’s payrollschedule.
3.2Payment Terms:Salary shall be paidbi-weekly/semi-monthly,subject toapplicable taxes,deductions,andcompliance withapplicable laws.
3.3Benefits:During theTerm,theEmployershall providethefollowing benefitsto the Employee:[Health insurancecoverage,if applicable];[Retirement contribution,if applicable];[Professional developmentopportunities];[Other benefits,if any,as outlinedin theEmployer’spolicy].
4.Termination
4.1Mutual Termination:Either partymay terminatethisContract withmutual agreementin writing.
4.2Termination byEmployer:The Employermay terminatethis Contract withor withoutcause,including butnotlimited to:Misconduct orbreach ofthis Contract;Incompetence orinability toperform jobduties;第3页共6页Gross negligenceor violationof Employerpolicies;[Other specificgrounds,if applicable].
4.3Termination byEmployee:The Employeemay terminatethis Contract withor withoutcause,including butnotlimited to:Constructive discharge;Breach ofthis ContractbytheEmployer;[Other specificgrounds,if applicable].
4.4Notice Period:Either partyintending toterminatethisContract shall providewrittennoticeto theother partyatleastdaysin advance,unless terminationisfor cause,in whichcase immediatetermination mayoccur.
4.5Termination WithoutCause:If theEmployer terminatesthisContract withoutcause,theEmployeeshallbeentitledto[specific severanceterms,if any].
5.Confidentiality andNon-Disclosure
5.1Confidentiality:The Employeeagrees tomaintain theconfidentialityof allinformation,records,and materialsrelatedto theEmployer’s business,including butnotlimited tostudent records,employee information,andproprietary materials.
5.2Non-Disclosure:The Employeeshall notdisclose anyconfidentialinformation tothird partieswithout thepriorwritten consentoftheEmployer.This obligationshallsurvive thetermination ofthisContract.第4页共6页
6.Dispute Resolution
6.1Negotiation:In theevent ofa disputearising outofor relatedto thisContract,the partiesshall firstattemptto resolvethe matterthrough friendlynegotiation.
6.2Mediation:If negotiationfails,the partiesagree tosubmit the matter to mediationinaccordancewith therulesof[Mediation Organization].
6.3Arbitration:If mediationfails toresolve thedispute,the partiesagree tosubmitthemattertobindingarbitration in[Location],inaccordancewiththerules of[Arbitration Organization].
7.Governing LawThis Contractshallbe governedby andconstrued inaccordancewiththelaws ofthe Stateof,without regardto itsconflict oflaws principles.
8.Miscellaneous
8.1Amendments:Any amendmentsto thisContract mustbein writingand signedby bothparties.
8.2Severability:If anyprovision ofthisContractisfound tobe invalidor unenforceable,the remainingprovisionsshall remainin fullforce andeffect.
