1.General Provisions

2.The Employeeis requiredto followall safetyregulations and proceduresestablished bythe Employerand tousepersonal protectiveequipment whennecessary.

3.In theevent ofan occupationalaccident orillness,the Employershall providethe necessarymedical assistanceandsupport inaccordancewiththelaw.

4.The Employershall conductregular trainingsessionsto ensurethe Employeesknowledge ofall safetyprotocolsand emergencyprocedures.
6.Labour Discipline
6.
1.The Employeeis obligedto strictlyadhere totherules and regulations of theEmployer,as wellas therequirementsof theapplicablelabourlaws.

2.The Employeemust bepunctual andattend theirshiftsas scheduled,unless otherwiseagreed uponin writing.

3.The Employeeis prohibitedfrom engagingin anyactivitiesthat mayinterfere withthe normaloperation ofthe Employers businessor harmtheEmployersreputation.第4页共11页

4.Any violationof labourdiscipline shallresult indisciplinaryaction inaccordancewiththe Employersinternalregulationsandtheapplicablelegal provisions.
7.Change,Termination,and Conclusionof the Contract

1.The Contractmaybeamended orterminated bymutualconsent of theEmployerandtheEmployee,provided thatsuchagreement isin writingand complieswiththelegalrequirements.

2.The Contractshall beterminated bytheEmployerincases of:The deathoftheEmployee.The terminationoftheEmployers legalentity.Circumstances beyondthe controloftheEmployer,such aseconomiccrisis orrestructuring.

3.The Contractmaybeterminated bytheEmployeeincases of:Constructive dismissal,as definedbythelaw.The Employersfailure to complywiththe terms of theContractforaperiod ofconsecutive months.

4.In theevent oftermination,theEmployeeshall beentitledto receiveall accruedremuneration,bonuses,and补偿金as providedby law.

1.Any failuretocomplywiththeterms ofthisContract shallresult inliability inaccordancewiththeapplicable lawsandregulations.

9.Additional Provisions

1.All disputesarising outof orrelating tothisContract shallbe resolvedthrough mutualagreement orbyfiling acomplaint withthe relevantlabour仲裁机构.
