2025租赁合同样本中英文对照版合同范本2025Lease ContractModel Englishand ChineseVersionBodyThis LeaseContract hereinafterreferred to as theContractis enteredinto on date atplaceof signingby andbetweenhereinafter referred to as the Lessorandhereinafter referred to asthe Lessee.The LessorandLessee hereinaftercollectively referredto asthe Partiesorindividually as a Party.Upon theprinciples ofmutual respectand benefit,and inaccordancewith therelevant lawsand regulationsof thejurisdiction,the Partiesagree toenter intothis Contractfor the leaseof thefollowing property.
1.Property tobe LeasedThe Lessor herebygrants the Lessee theright toleasethe propertylocated ataddress,consistingof descriptionof property,e.g.,Unitof Building,total floorareasquare meters.The propertyis referredto asthe Property.
2.Term of the LeaseTheterm ofthis Leaseshall befromstart dateto enddate hereinafterreferredto asthe Lease Term.The Property shall beexclusivelyused by the Lesseeduring the Lease Term.第1页共10页
3.Rental PaymentThemonthly rentforthe Propertyshall beamount hereinafterreferredto astheRental.TheLessee shall pay theRental to the Lessoron theday of the month of each monthby methodof payment,e.g.,bank transfer,cheque,etc..The Lessorshall issuean invoiceor receiptto theLesseeupon receiptofeachpayment.
4.Security DepositThe Lessee shallpay to the Lessor,asasecurity deposit,an amountequivalent tonumber monthsrental,totaling amount.The deposit shallbe paidondateand shall be appliedtowardany outstandingamounts ordamages incurredby the Lesseeduring theterm of the lease.The security depositshall be returnedto the Lesseewithin numberdays afterthe expirationofthe LeaseTerm,provided that the Propertyis returnedingood condition,and alloutstanding paymentsand obligationsunderthis Contracthave beensettled.
5.Use of the PropertyThe Lessee shalluse the Property forspecificpurpose,e.g.,residential,commercial,etc.andshall notuse itfor any other purposewithout prior writtenconsent fromthe Lessor.第2页共10页The Lessee shall maintainthe Propertyin goodconditionand shall not commitany actthat maycause damageor injurytothe Property or anypart thereof.
6.Maintenance andRepairThe Lessorshall be responsible for maintaining thestructuralintegrity andexterior of theProperty.The Lesseeshall beresponsible formaintainingthe interior,fixtures,and applianceswithin theProperty.All repairsrequiredduring theLeaseTermshall be atthe Lessees expenseunlessthe damageis dueto normalwear andtear oris theresult ofthe Lessors negligence.
7.Alterations andImprovementsThe Lessee shall notmake anyalterations or improvementsto theProperty without the priorwritten consent of theLessor.Any alterationsorimprovementsmade withoutsuchconsent shall beatthe Lesseesexpense andshall remaintheproperty of the Lessorupon theexpiration ortermination ofthis Contract.
8.Assignment andSublettingThe Lesseeshall notassign orsublet thePropertyoranypart thereofwithoutthepriorwritten consentof the Lessor.Any attemptedassignment orsubletting withoutsuch consentshall be deemeda materialbreach ofthis Contract.
9.Utilities andServices第3页共10页The Lesseeshall beresponsible forall utilityexpenses,including butnot limitedto water,electricity,gas,heating,and wastedisposal,incurred duringtheLeaseTerm.The Lessorshall beresponsible forthe paymentofproperty taxes,insurance,and anyother expensesrelated totheProperty.
10.IndemnificationThe Lesseeagrees toindemnify andhold the Lessorharmless fromand againstany claims,damages,costs,orexpenses arising out of or related tothe Lessees use of theProperty,provided thatsuch claims,damages,costs,orexpenses arenot attributabletothe Lessors negligenceorwillful misconduct.
11.Default andRemedies
11.1Failure toPay RentIftheLesseefails topay theRental oranyotheramountdue underthis Contractwithin numberdaysafter thepayment duedate,the Lessormay chargea latefeeof percentageor amountper dayuntilpayment ismade.
11.2Other DefaultsIftheLesseecommits anyact oromission inviolation oftheterms andconditions ofthis Contract,theLessorshallhave theright,at itssole discretion,to terminatethisContract andrecover possessionof theProperty.第4页共10页
11.3RemediesUpon anydefault bytheLessee,theLessormay takeanyof thefollowing actions:Terminate this Contract immediately;Recover possessionof theProperty throughlegalproceedings;Pursue anyother rightsand remediesavailable atlaw orinequity.
12.Modification ofthe ContractAnyamendments ormodifications tothis Contractmust bemadein writing and signedby bothParties tobe effective.
13.Governing LawThis Contract shallbe governedby andconstrued inaccordancewith thelaws ofjurisdiction.Any disputesarisingoutoforrelatedtothis Contractshallbe resolvedthrough友好协商friendly negotiation.Ifnegotiation fails,the Partiesagree tosubmit thematter tothejurisdiction ofthe courtsof location.
14.Entire AgreementThisContract constitutesthe entireagreement betweenthe Parties withrespect tothe subjectmatter hereofandsupersedes all prior agreementsor understandings,whetherwritten ororal.
15.Counterparts第5页共10页ThisContractmay beexecuted incounterparts,each ofwhichshallbedeemed anoriginal,but allof whichtogethershall constituteone andthe sameinstrument.
16.Other Provisions
16.1NoticeAll notices,requests,demands,or othercommunicationsrequired orpermitted underthisContractshallbe in writingandshallbedeemed tohave beenduly givenwhen deliveredpersonally,sent byregistered orcertified mail,returnreceipt requested,or byovernight courierservice totherespective addressesofthe Parties asset forthin thisContract.
16.2Force MajeureNeitherParty shallbe liablefor anyfailure or delay inperformanceof itsobligations underthisContractif suchfailureordelayis dueto reasonsbeyond itsreasonablecontrol,including butnot limitedto actsof God,war,strikes,or governmentalactions.
16.3WaiverThe waiverby eitherParty of any provisionof thisContractor ofthe breachof anyterm hereofshall notbeconstrued asa waiverofanysubsequent breachofthesame oranyother provision.
