房屋租赁合同范本英文版2022房屋租赁合同范本英文版正文内容以下是小编为大家整理的关于《房屋租赁合同范本英文版》,供大家学习参考!THISAGREEMENT OFLEASE ismade onthis16th dayof December20XX byand BETWEEN-Mrs.Ghazala Waheedw/o AbdulWaheed,Adult,R/o HouseNo.***-*,DHA,LahoreCantt,hereinafter toas the LESSOR of the ONEPART.AndMr.****,R/o China,refereed toas the LESSEE of the OTHERPART.Expression“LESSOR”and“LESSEE“wherever thecontext sopermit shallalways meanand includetheirrespective heirs,successors legalrepresentative andassignees.WHEREAS the LESSOR isthe lawfulowner andin lawfulpossession ofHouseNo,***-*,DHA,Lahore Cantt,consisting of4Bedrooms withbath,D/D,TV;Lounge,Kitchen,Store,Servant,Quarter togetherwith fixturesand fittinghereinaftercollectively calledthe DEMISED PREMISES.AND WHEREAStheLESSORhas agreedthe leaseand the LESSEE hasagreed totakeon leasethe DEMISED PREMISES on the termsand conditionas given below-
1.This agreementin onlyvalid ifLESSEE isrenewed andextended forthe leaseperiod.
2.The LESSORlets LESSEEtakes theDEMISSED PREMISES for aperiod of12monthsCommencing from15th January20XX.The Leaseis renewablefor afurther periodasmay bemutually agreedin writingon expiry of the lease period
3.The rentof the DEMISEDPREMISESshall beUSD3,300/-US dollarsThreeThousand and Three hundred Only permonth
4.The LESSOR hereby acknowledges receipt of the sum of USD.19,800/-USdollars NineteenThousand andeight HundredOnly permonth.
5.It ishereby agreedbetween theparties thatthe LESSEE shall paytheaforesaid monthlyrentUSD.3,300/-US dollarsThree Thousand andThreehundredOnlyas themonthlyrental advanceby20th ofeach calendarmonth forwhich ifis dueafter completionofadvance rentperiod endingon15th July20XX.
6.That theLESSORherebyacknowledgesreceiptof thesumofRs.60,000/-Rupees SixtyThousand Onlyfrom theLESSEE asFIXED EDPOSITSECURITY whichshallbe refundedto theLESSEE ongiving backthe vacantpossession of the DEMISEDPREMISESafter deductionof damages/shortages outstandingbills forElectricity,Water,Gas andTelephone chargesetc,against the DEMISEDPREMISES.THE LESSEEHERBY CONVENANTSWITH LESSORAS FOLLOWING
1.To payto theLESSOR the rent herebyreserved inthe mannerbefore mentioned.
2.That theLESSEEshallnot at any timeduring theterms,without theconsentin writingof theLESSOR,pull down,damages ormake anystructure alterationstothe DEMISEDPREMESES providedalways,theLESSEEshall havego writeinstall anyfixturesand fittingsexcluding air-conditioners inthe DEMISEDPREMESES,to detachandrepossess thesame subjectto therestoration oftheDEMISEDPREMESES totheiroriginal stateat hiscost reasonablewear andtear exceptedon the expiry ofthislease orany renewalhereof.
3.To usethe DEMISES PREMISESforresidential purposeand wouldnot beused fora commercialpurpose theDEMISES PREMISEwouldnot beused occupiedby Mr.****And family.
4.Not tosublet thewhole orany partofthepremises.
5.To payregularly thebills forElectricity,Gas,Water andTelephone chargesin respect oftheDEMISEDPREMISES.A copyof allthe paidutility billbe forwardedtotheLESSORevery threemonth regularly.In caseof disconnectionof anyfacilitydue tonon-payment,LESSEE willbe responsibleto getthem restoredand paythesame.All duesmust becleared beforetheexpiryoftheLEASE.
6.The LESSEEshall keepand maintainthe saidpremises ingood andtenantableconditions during the tenureofthelease.THE LESSORHEREBY CONVENANTSWITH THELESSEE ASFOLLOWING-
1.To payall existingand futurerate,taxes assessmentsand otherchargesof apublic naturewhether imposeby theMunicipality,Government orany otherauthorityinrespectof DEMISEDPREMISES.
2.Not toerect orset upa buildingor structureon theDEMISESPREMISESnorto addto anyexisting buildingor structureduringtheperiod oflease orany renewalwithoutthe writtenconsent oftheLESSEE.IT ISHEREBY DECLEARAND MUTURALLYAGREED BETWEENTHE LESSORAND LESSEEANSF0LLWING=
1.The LESSEEand theLESSOR shallhave theright andoption toterminate thisLeaseatanytime onlyafter theexpiryoftheleaseperiod i.e.,24months,providedthey giveONE1month noticein advanceto eitheroftheparties.
2.The meterreading ofvarious utilitiesare asgivenbelow-UTILITY METERNUMBER TODAYS READINGaELECRICITY----------------------------------------------------------b GAS---------------------------------------------------------c TELEPHONE---------------------------------------------------------d WATER---------------------------------------------------------
