1.Project Description:The Projectentails thee.g.,design,construction,and/or supervisionof thelocatedat.The projectscope includesandis expectedto becompleted byhereinafterreferred toas theCompletion Date.

3.Risk Managementand Control:

3.1Risk Identification:The Partiesacknowledge thatthe executionof theProjectmay besubjecttorisks,including butnot limitedto:Changes inproject requirementsengineering changes;Delays causedby unforeseencircumstances;Variations inmaterial andlabor costs;Force majeureevents.

3.2Risk Mitigation:The Partiesshall jointlywork onrisk mitigationmeasures,including:Conducting regularrisk assessments;Establishing contingencyplans forpotential disruptions;Communicating promptlyand transparentlyregarding anyidentifiedrisks.

4.Contract Executionand Management:

4.2Change Orders:Any changesto theProject scope,timeline,or budgetshall be submittedas aformal ChangeOrder.The ChangeOrdershall be in writingand signedby bothParties.

4.3Progress andMilestones:The Partiesshall reviewproject progressat regularintervalsas specifiedinSchedule B.

4.4Quality Standards:All worksexecuted under this Contract shall complywithapplicable laws,regulations,and industrystandards.TheParties shallconduct inspectionsand testsas perSchedule C.

5.Claim Management:

5.1Eligibility forClaims:Either Party may submita claimif:The other Party hasfailed tofulfill contractualobligations;There hasbeen a breach of contract;Additional costsor delayshave beenincurred duetocircumstances beyondthe controlof theclaiming Party.

5.2Submission ofClaims:Claims shall be submittedin writingwithindays of the eventgiving riseto theclaim.The claimshallinclude:Detailed descriptionoftheclaim;Supporting documentation;第3页共6页Proposed resolution.

5.3Claim Resolution:The Partiesshall attemptto resolveclaims throughmutualagreement.If resolutionis notreached withindaysof claimsubmission,either Partymay referthe mattertofor disputeresolution.

6.Liability forBreach ofContract:

6.1Liability forNon-Performance:In theevent ofabreachofcontract,the违约ing Partyshallcompensate theotherPartyfor alldirect andindirectlosses incurred.

7.Dispute Resolution:

8.Miscellaneous Provisions:

8.1Governing Law:This Contract shallbegoverned byand construedinaccordance withthelawsof.
