orbefore theday ofeachmonth.The Employeeshall alsobe entitledto benefitsincluding but not limited toe.g.,socialinsurance contributions,housing fund,paid annualleave,sick leave,etc.,as stipulatedby lawand Companypolicies.Discipline andConductThe Employee agrees toabide byall applicable laws,regulations,and the Companys rulesand regulations,including but not limited to thoseconcerning terminations,for anyviolation of these rulesand regulations.Termination of the ContractEitherparty tothis Contractmay terminatethe Contractbyproviding writtennotice to the otherpartydays priortotheintended dateof termination.In theeventof terminationwithout cause,the Employeeshall be entitledto receivee.g.,notice pay,severance pay,etc.in accordancewith applicablelaws andregulations.Confidentiality andIntellectual PropertyThe Employeeagrees to keepconfidential allproprietaryand confidentialinformation ofthe Company,including butnot limited totrade secrets,customer
