7.3甲方应在收到货物后日内完成验收，并书面确认验收结果

8.双方权利与义务

8.2甲方的义务按时支付货款配合乙方完成货物的交付及安装（如需要）

9.违约责任

9.1若乙方未能按合同约定时间交付货物，每逾期一日，应按合同总价款的%向甲方支付违约金

9.3若因货物质量问题导致甲方损失，乙方应承担相应的赔偿责任

10.不可抗力

10.1因不可抗力事件（如战争、自然灾害、政府行为等）导致合同无法履行，双方可协商延期履行或解除合同，且不承担违约责任

10.2受不可抗力影响的一方应在事件发生后日内书面通知另一方，并提供相关证明

11.合同变更、解除与终止

11.1本合同的任何变更需经双方协商一致，并以书面形式确认

11.2在不影响已履行部分的情况下，双方可在任何时候协商解除合同
