《2025中英文对照建筑材料采购合同》

《2025中英文对照建筑材料采购合同》本合同（以下简称“本合同”）由以下双方于年月日签订甲方（采购方）名称地址联系人联系电话银行账户信息乙方（供应方）名称地址联系人联系电话银行账户信息鉴于甲方需要采购建筑材料，乙方具备供应相关建筑材料的能力，双方本着平等、自愿、诚实信用的原则，经友好协商，达成如下协议正文第一条合同标的

1.1乙方同意向甲方提供以下建筑材料（以下简称“材料”）材料名称规格型号单位数量第1页共8页单价（人民币）总价（人民币）

1.2甲方同意按照本合同约定的条件和方式支付材料款项第二条交货方式

2.3交货方式第三条验收标准

3.1材料质量标准乙方提供的材料应符合国家或行业标准，并提供相关质量证明文件

3.2验收程序甲方收到材料后，应在个工作日内完成验收如发现材料不符合约定标准，甲方应立即通知乙方，并协商解决如验收合格，双方应在验收单上签字确认第四条付款方式

4.1付款方式银行转账

4.2付款时间定金甲方应于本合同签订之日起日内支付合同总金额的%作为定金尾款材料验收合格后，甲方应于日内支付剩余款项第五条质量要求

5.1乙方提供的材料应符合合同约定的标准，并确保材料的完整性和适用性第2页共8页

5.2如因材料质量问题导致甲方损失，乙方应承担相应赔偿责任第六条合同变更

6.1本合同履行过程中，经双方协商一致，可对本合同内容进行修改或补充，并签订书面协议

6.2任何单方面修改或补充均视为无效第七条违约责任

7.1任何一方违反本合同约定，导致合同无法履行，违约方应赔偿给守约方造成的实际损失

7.2若乙方未能按期交货，每逾期一日，应按合同总金额的%向甲方支付违约金

7.3若甲方未能按期付款，每逾期一日，应按合同总金额的%向乙方支付违约金第八条争议解决

8.1本合同履行过程中如发生争议，双方应友好协商解决协商不成，任何一方可向人民法院提起诉讼第九条其他条款

9.1本合同未尽事宜，双方可另行签订补充协议，补充协议与本合同具有同等法律效力
