1.LEASE INFORMATION

2.TERMINATION OFTHE LEASE

2.2Voluntary Cancellation:The Tenantconfirms that thecancellation of the Leaseis voluntaryand notrequired bylawor breach of contract.

2.3No Damages:The Tenantacknowledges andagrees thatthe Landlord shall not be liable for any damages,claims,orlosses of any kindarising out of orrelated to thetermination of the Lease.

3.NOTICE OFCANCELLATION

3.1Notice Requirements:The Tenantagrees thatthecancellation of the Leasehas beencommunicated to theLandlord inwriting inaccordance withthe termsoftheLease.The Tenantacknowledges receiptoftheLandlords writtenconfirmationofthecancellation.

3.2Return ofKeys andAccess:The Tenantagrees toreturnall keysand accesscards fortheRentalPremises totheLandlord nolater than.The Tenantshallalso ensurethat alldoors andwindows aresecurely lockedandthatthepremises areleft ina cleanand orderlycondition.

4.OBLIGATIONS OFTHE TENANT

4.1Final RentPayment:The Tenantagrees topay allrentand othersums dueunder theLease upto andincluding theTermination Date,including,but notlimited to,anyutilities,taxes,or otherexpenses associatedwith theRentalPremises.第3页共6页

4.2Deposits:Any securitydeposit heldbytheLandlordshall beapplied tothe satisfactionofanyamounts owedbythe Tenantunder theLease.The balance,if any,shall berefundedtothe Tenant within days of theTerminationDate.

4.3Condition ofPremises:The Tenantagrees toleave theRentalPremises inthe samecondition asreceived,ordinarywear andtear excepted.The Tenantshall performallnecessary repairsand清洁totheRentalPremisesprior tovacating.

5.OBLIGATIONS OFTHE LANDLORD

5.1Release ofLiability:From andafter theTerminationDate,theLandlordshallnotbeliablefor anyclaims,damages,or lossesasserted bytheTenantoranyother personarisingoutofthe Tenantsuse oroccupancy ofthe RentalPremises.

5.2Refund ofDeposits:The Landlordagrees torefund anysecuritydeposit held,less anyamounts properlydeducted fordamagesor defaults,withindaysoftheTerminationDate.

6.GENERAL PROVISIONS

6.1Entire Agreement:This Agreementconstitutes theentireunderstanding betweenthe Partiesregarding thecancellationoftheLease.Any prioragreements,第4页共6页understandings,or representationsnot containedherein areherebysuperseded andshall beof nofurther effect.

6.2Amendments:Any amendmentsto this Agreement mustbein writingand signedby bothParties.

6.4Severability:If anyprovision ofthisAgreementisfound tobe invalidor unenforceable,the remainingprovisionsshall remainin fullforce andeffect.

6.5Counterparts:This Agreementmay beexecuted inseparatecounterparts,eachofwhich shallbe deemedanoriginal andall ofwhich togethershall constituteone andthesame instrument.
