theProperty,includingbut notlimitedtofire,windstorm,and otherperils.Thelessor shall be namedas anadditional insuredparty ontheTenants policy.The Tenantshall providethe lessorwith acopyof theinsurance policyand anysubsequent renewalsoramendments.Indemnification:The Tenantagrees toindemnify andhold harmlessthelessor,their agents,employees,and assignsfrom anyand allclaims,losses,damages,or expensesarising fromtheTenants useof theProperty,except forthose causedby thelessorsnegligence orwillful misconduct.Alterations andImprovements:The Tenantshall notmake
