indicators,basedon theC8051F020development ofa singleenhanced weighingthe programmablemachinecontroller,this articlegives adetailed weighing controller designmethod,according to the ingredients of thetechnological requirementsofproduction theuse ofsingle-chip.microprocessor design,integrated setof newmeasurement and controlweighing controllerfor automatic weighing,batching controland on-linemonitoring and control,have ahigh costperformance,and havea perfectprogrammablefunctions,isaset weightcontrol,programmablecontrol,weighingin onetransmission tofacilitate therealization ofconstant innovation,improving andperfecting,it hasalready reachedelectronicweighingelectronic weighingapparatus,making technologyand applicationdeveloped rapidly.Because of thedomestic developmentand manufacturinglevel,instruments technologycontentand function,especially in weighing precision,network communication,etccompared bysome gapsis abroad.Development ofa function of perfectingprogrammable controller,weighing withhigh precisionand reliabilityin useweighed.Users canneed according to oneselfto prepareworking process,canbe easilyrealized thecomplex inuse processcontrol,easy tooperate interface,throughthekeyboard andLED displayto finishparameters Settings,data,programming andweighing suchvarious industrialsite operation,completecontrol of the variousrequirements.In addition,the controllerto satisfyrequirement of measurement,automaticweighingshould notonly giveweight,butalso becauseof itsinformation management andcontrolfunctions,and providethescreen displayfunction.One of the waysto solvethis problemis todevelopa satisfyrequirementofprinted circuitboards,weighing systems,electroniccomputers directlyinto,weighing 三、系统原理直流电源连接US max23A.硬件系统的总体设计方案1)核心部分,MCV最小系统设计2)转换芯片选型及电路设计3)芯片电路设计和按键显示模块的选择4)串行通信接口芯片的选择和电路设计(包括RS-232和RS-485接口)5)电源模块的芯片选型及电路设计B.MCV部分在智能化测量控制仪表中,其核心是单片集成电路本系统采用了CIP-51系列C8051F020单片集成电路C8051F020的混合信号系统MCU芯片集成有64个数字I/0引脚A/D转换模块结合引起的干扰,A/D不能满足系统的精度所以需要选择14或更高的A/Do具体方案有双积分型A/D转换器ICL7135,ICL7109这里选择了oICL7135o此外,引入了微弱低频信号的前置放大和滤波,传感器具有抗干扰称重输出,其电压幅值为微伏级C.串口通信模块该仪器具有RS-232接口和RS-485接口,完成与PC机的数据交换RS-232标准数据传输距离灵活,接线方式简单,RS-485标准适用于距离远,多点通信,通常用于工业领域的信号采集和控制传输根据实际要求确定串行通信标准在此采用RS-232标准,选用MAX232芯片的驱动电路采用RS-485标准时,驱动电路选择MAX485E芯片

四、可编程控制器的软件流程在软件设计上,系统响应的主要功能包括用户的数据采集、称重软件处理、滤波、称重显示等功能程序的设计A.主程序主要完成数据采集,控制质量,计价等功能第一次执行程序,进入初始化,查询按键,如果有按键输入,进入相应的功能子程序,否则,继续扫描B.称重控制功能模块称重控制器主要功能是控制写入子程序模块,称重系统校准模块,测试功能模块,日期和时间设置功能模块,全局参数设置功能模块,数据查询功能模块的记录,等等C.系统测试功能模块根据测试,在显示状态进入主系统功能测试所有测试功能的硬件,通过各种各样的程序可以监测到控制器的各种功能,是否能正常工作D.参数测试模块所有的参数用来设置相关信息,称重参数显示模式,相关的参数设置的串行通信查询记录功能模块,主要用于称量配料过程历史记录的查询E.软件滤波为了防止外界和控制系统自身干扰细,采用了软件滤波F.串口通讯功能模块作为一个现代的可编程控制器,串行通信功能称重是其必不可少的一部分这个模块包含了RS-232和rs-48s两种标准的串行接口,可以实现设备管理和远程控制的数据交换
五、结论可编程称重控制器的设计的结论在发展的过程中,掌握了一般开发方法的计算机应用系统,并了解c80sl系列单片机原理和编程语言熟悉供应链管理,实践在该领域的控制芯片的扩展方法全面深化理解和增加了电路相应知识的相关理论但这种高速高精度微电子也需要进行改进设计,并在国外其他电磁兼容性方面有一个基本的要求,在控制算法的技术应用方面需要进一步讨论,可以考虑将模糊控制算法应用于配料控制器称重技术的发展是相关技术相结合的产物,。
